The hotel is beautiful staff was nice but this resort is infested with Mice and Rats …… I was by the pool and saw the mice under my tanning bed a few not just one … I had dinner at nobu and mice where under my table . I even saw a mice in my room that’s when I couldn’t take it no more and left the island I stayed in the island for 24 hrs .

This is our second time to this resort. It was good to see some of the same people that made an impression 5 years prior. Take time to explore the grounds; there are hidden gems to find amongst the ponds, bridges, flowers, etc. The rescue parrots are entertaining. The customer service is top notch. Everyone makes you feel special. We enjoyed the fitness studio and the arial yoga instructions. The shuttle is convenient to take you to Lanai'i city and to Sensei. There is no need for a rental car. The attention at the pool and beach was very special. . Can't wait to return.

Beautiful property and the snorkeling was phenomenal. Staff as usual was super accommodating (Jewel and Ditto were standouts) and loved making friends with the birds! This property gets 4/5 just because the menus were not my fave. The food was great, just not super exciting.

The resort was phenomenal! I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff were. This was our first stay at a Four Seasons Resort and it definitely will not be our last.

Experience a short and sweet stay at this amazing property, made memorable by the friendly staff. Located on a serene hill, the resort features stunning amenities and Hulopoʻe beach. Enjoy grilling or lounging by the beach, with attentive beach staff available. Medigale, the bartender at Malibu Farm, provided excellent service. Jordan, Will, and Fernando Shuttle Driver offered warm greetings and great service. Kudos to the Four Seasons!

I wish I could rate this glorious hotel 1000 stars. We had the most incredible time at this magical enchanted place. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the property is breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfection, which it absolutely was. Don’t hesitate to book your vacation here you won’t regret it!

There is almost nothing like landing on Lanai in the semi private PC12 to the tree lined streets and the amazing entrance to the hotel. Every night for dinner and every morning for breakfast they remember your name. The beach is second to none and the ammenties are simply fantastic. Bidets in the bathroom to the most comfortable beds and fun jeep rentals. Adventure parks, cute cities and unfortunately for me, a very quaint hospital after a knee issue. The staff and features of this hotel are only rivaled by their Bora Bora Location. If you can afford to stay here it’s worth spending a week. If you golf… wow, you’re in for a treat with one of the most spectacular golf courses in the country. It feels like your the only one playing the course.
