"The hotel rooms are spacious, the location is excellent, the surrounding amenities are very convenient, and it's right next to the Presidential Palace. Getting a taxi is also very easy. The front desk staff are very welcoming, and the hotel is quite safe. Highly recommended!"
"We checked in for 5 nights, the reception is 24hrs open and everyone is friendly, however, if you need anything, it is best to ask the morning staffs. Thanks to Cindy and Damian for allowing us to have late check out. The room is spacious with lots of room for the luggages. Thanks to Eliana for keeping our room spotless clean. The breakfast has less warm foods, mostly sweets. Media Luna tastes great! They have sauna available with gym having a nice view."
"The hotel is modern, clean and very comfortable. We checked in at night, after 12:00. The receptionist was very polite, met us at the entrance and helped us bring in our suitcases. Check-in was very quick. The room is very large, comfortable and modern. Water in the minibar is paid (be sure to check when checking in). There is a full kitchen with a bar counter and a set of dishes for 4 people. Breakfasts are very tasty and full. When checking out, we left our luggage in the storage room until the evening. I recommend this hotel."
"The room is clean and tidy, and the service staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The location is also good. Overall, it is a very cost-effective hotel. It also has a large balcony, which is worthy of praise!"
"It was a pleasant stay in the city center. The hotel is new and the room was clean. I didn’t like the fact that they don’t have any complimentary water and tea/coffee. Also there’s no kettle in the room to boil water so I can have my coffee in the morning. Other than that all was good. The staff was nice and friendly."

Amazing
GGuest UserFierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though. The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room. We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious. The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines. The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great! We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm. I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout. I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!
GGuest UserReally good experience. Beautiful apartment, modern, luminous, clean (except one drawer where we found basura). Extremely good value for money imo. Loved the location. Cannot understand the negative reviews about the service, in our case everything was super smooth, and the guys very helpful, available and flexible. Top. Will come back.
GGuest UserNice apartments, freshly renovated, convenient entrance, shops and cafes nearby. Overall, this is the best and most beautiful area. Close to the metro and everything is convenient.
ルルルViajeIt was really comfortable stay! Receptionist is really nice and helpful. Convenient location and in the room has beautiful view , have a kitchen.
Ainda assim, indico.
