A small private hotel in a white area, check out time at 10 o'clock, a bit regrettable. It takes a few minutes to walk to the pier. You can only take a ferry if you don’t have a car. It runs every hour at night. Opposite is City, convenient. There are no restaurants nearby. Some details in the room are not hygienic, which is a failure. Everything else is good. The owner should be a westerner, check in basically requires English information contact, self-service key picking, and there is no receptionist. This is an Australian characteristic.

The hotel is located on the other side of the Harbour Bridge, in an outer area not covered by day trip pick-ups, so it's not really in the city center. Getting around is still quite convenient, with the metro and train not far away. Breakfast is set menu style, and I made the wrong choice on the first day because I couldn't understand it. For two days, I also missed breakfast because it only started at 7:30 AM due to the holiday, a waste of 400 yuan! 😦 I stayed for two days and only then discovered oil stains or bloodstains on the duvet, and dust all over the headboard and bedside. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly on the first day; it was very poorly done. On the third day, it was cleaned much better, and thankfully the dirty duvet was replaced. The room is quite small, and the value for money is just average.

5/5 for everything. Fantastic stay at Quest North Sydney over 8 nights. From moment I checked in, the service is excellent by the very helpful and friendly desk check in. My executive suite was perfect in terms of cleanliness, King size bed, Full kitchen facilities and tv/couch set up. Location could not be better if you wish to just be on lower north shore side as can get everything you need around North Sydney, McMahons Point and upwards. The new Metro station is next to the hotel to travel anywhere to central City Centre, the airport or northern west Sydney. Highly recommend staying here and will do so again on next visit to Sydney.

Overall, it's pretty good. Just a heads-up that you can feel vibrations from the trains passing underneath the building. If that bothers you, be aware that the front desk isn't very accommodating when it comes to changing rooms. However, everything else is fine. There's a supermarket and a bus stop downstairs, so transportation is very convenient.

The equipment is very complete, including washing machine, dishwasher, clothes drying rack, oven, microwave oven and induction cooker. Moreover, kitchen utensils, tableware and stoves are all available. There is a supermarket downstairs where you can buy daily necessities and ingredients. The front desk staff were very polite. The location is relatively remote, but there is a bus stop downstairs to Chatswood and Manly Beach.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel – truly a wonderful place. The unlimited bread and tea offered a comforting touch to my experience. The service was exceptionally nice, making my stay memorable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night. The bathroom amenities, including good shampoo and conditioner, added to the overall positive impression. Lastly, the hotel’s strategic location near a bus stop made it convenient for travel. Highly recommended!

The hotel is newly renovated. The New Year's Day holiday is about 400 Australian dollars. The front desk service is very good.

The room isn't huge, but the best part is being able to see koalas! Our room, number 142, had three koalas right outside! It was such a pleasant surprise to watch them climb trees, even though they mostly just slept! The hotel also offers morning walks, night walks, and sanctuary tours that you can book at various times – all quite engaging! My 6-year-old loved it and learned a lot, provided you have a good enough grasp of English to understand most of it. She was so happy and really enjoyed this hotel. We spent two days at the zoo, and as guests, we had a pass for unlimited entry. Plus, there's a 20% discount on the Wild Ropes course next to the main gate – it was such a thrilling jungle adventure! My daughter's Junior ticket was only 21 AUD for an hour and a half of fun! The front desk and restaurant both offer unbeatable views of the Opera House and the Bridge when the weather is good!

I thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay at Rudy’s North Sydney. The lovely man who checked me into the Hotel was so helpful. The following morning the host of the breakfast restaurant was also very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. Rooms are renovated with nice products.
