GGuest UserHotel room and bathroom is huge and offers comfortable beds. Service is excellent from reception staff to concierge. Doris checked me in at around 11am and she offered to update me via wechat when room was ready, received a text from her at around 1pm. Hotel consists of two lobbies on level 1 and level 2, specify which one to drop off/pick up when you are booking didi.

GGuest UserThe hotel is amazing! It’s a short trip from the bustling HK. Very peaceful and zen like with breath taking seaview. Alice at the front desk was incredibly efficient, and attentive to all details. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, offering suggestions for activities and dining options. She is also fluent in English. We cant wait to go back!

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel. Most impressed with the friendliness and hospitality provided by the staff Holly and Minnie. They were always very responsive and offered helpful advices when we have questions. I would recommend my friends and family to stay at Sheraton in the next Zhuhai visit. Not to mention the lunch we had in 采悦轩 was awesome!

GGuest UserThe Penguin Family room size was big enough for 4 of us. We have a King size bed and a single bed. My little girl likes her single bed with the child friendly pillow and blanket. We were able to use the priority access entrance for the Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. They love especially Dolphin Show in the Dolphin Theatre, Sea Lion Show, White Wales show in the Beluga Whale Theatre and High-tech motion simulator film in the 5D Castle Theatre. They had also provided the birthday goodies to my daughter which happens to be her birthday during our stay. The receptionist was very helpful and provide assistance for information on the typhoon status during our last day of stay. Overall, a good experience and will return again.

GGuest UserWe spent 3 nights and 4 days at the hotel and visited ocean kingdom and spaceship park. The kids had a great time! The service was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable and the kids loved the bunk bed! We will come back again. Highly recommend.

GGuest UserFirstly, the owner responses are rapid. The location of the home stay is convenient. Just the photos showed in the booking.com is totally different type of room type. The owner did not show the room type I booked in the photos. The described stated there was a luggage storage area, however it was not applicable for this apartment. When we asked if we could keep our luggage first, they replied this homestay does not offer luggage storage, however they offer us for early check-in but with extra charges of 50RMB, wave-able if review this stay with 5-star. This apartment has 2 rooms 1 bathroom, can stay up to 4-5 people. It was a great one cause they provide extra blankets. The towel are kind of old and dirty yet they provide single use towels, but 15RMB one disposable towel. The apartment is kind of old, but overall it was an acceptable stay.

GGuest UserI was welcomed with courtesy at the Charming Hotel in Zhuhai. Having arrived early, I was able to leave my baggage in storage and when I checked in later my bags were taken to my room. The room was clean and had all the amenities required for a luxurious stay.
