My recent stay at the Ramada Dongguan Songshan Lake exceeded all expectations. The hotel is immaculately clean, from the lobby to the rooms, creating a fresh and comfortable atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Twin Room, which was spacious, well-appointed, and featured modern amenities. The breakfast and dinner buffet were both excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights was the hotel's robot delivery service, which efficiently brought items directly to our room—adding a fun and convenient touch to our stay. The soundproofing is good, the environment is nice, the rooms are very cozy, the laundry service is very good, the ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic, and if they feel that the room is not suitable, they are very enthusiastic to help change it. The guy who made the morning call in the morning also had a good service attitude and spoke very gently. Next time if you come here for business or exams, this hotel will be your first choice! ! ! Within walking distance are several restaurants which serve excellent meals at reasonable prices. Opposite the hotel is a fresh fruits & vegetables market which is worth visiting.
The front office staff are very helpful and will go all out to assist you. They gave useful advice on places to visit and good restaurants to go for meals.

GGuest UserThis is my second time staying at Kande Hotel. I typically stay for about 14 days each trip, so I have had plenty of time to really settle in and appreciate the experience.
The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Dongguan and close to everything you might need. What surprised me, though, is how quiet the rooms are despite being in the city center. There is no traffic noise or street disturbance, which makes a real difference when you are traveling for work and need to rest.
The staff are excellent. They are friendly and professional, but what stands out is that they actually remember my preferences from my previous stay. Those small touches go a long way when you are there for an extended period. I also appreciate the pillow menu. I personally cannot sleep without a memory foam pillow, so having that option is a real plus.
They also have a robot delivery service for food and parcels. It sounds like a small thing, but it is surprisingly convenient and adds a nice modern touch.
The view from the room is beautiful, and breakfast is another highlight. There is always a good variety, but my go to is the 烧鹅濑粉. It is honestly the best I have ever had.
Looking forward to my next stay.

CCathrin. GI had an amazing stay at Ji hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Songsan area. The environment is exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made the entire stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The hotel features a modern and stylish design, with beautiful interiors that give a very luxurious and contemporary atmosphere.
The room was very spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing plenty of comfort and space to relax after a long day. Everything felt new and well organized, which added to the overall premium experience.
One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location. It is very convenient to travel anywhere in the city, with many attractions easily accessible nearby. There is also a large shopping mall directly beside the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment without needing to travel far. The traffic at this area quite heavy and a lots of cars sound their horn that could be disturbing, however I didn’t experience the noise pollution after late night hence it is acceptable to me.
Their breakfast start from 7am-10am and plenty of choices even though only Chinese style is served. Hopefully their coffee machine is working in the future, as an overseas traveller, coffee is part of our basic need.
One thing I wish to special highlight is about the free laundry, you can view the available machine slots from your room (open the TV and you can see the info). Super convenient! You don’t have to walk all the way to the laundry area to check by yourself.
I would definitely give this hotel a full 5-star rating and look forward to staying here again in the future.

3. Stepping into this hotel felt like entering a tranquil paradise. The beautiful environment was refreshing, the warm service from the front desk was the icing on the cake, and the excellent location made getting around extremely convenient.

GGuest UserInterContinental, which didn't raise its prices during the May Day holiday, is undoubtedly the best choice in Dongguan. At just over 600 RMB, the InterContinental offers unbeatable value for money. Before checking in, I received a call from guest relations asking about my room preferences. I arrived a little after 1 PM and checked in. Although I booked a standard room, I was upgraded to a corner room, which was a very pleasant surprise. InterContinental truly never disappoints! 👍 The only minor drawback was that the gym was a bit small, and there weren't enough towels in the changing room. After my swim, there were no towels available. It seems the gym is outsourced, and the management is a bit disorganized.

When checking in, a female supervisor-like person walked past me and, right in front of me, told the front desk staff not to process any more check-ins after mine. I mean, am I not a guest? During the check-in process, there was complimentary lemon water nearby, but no disposable cups. My mom asked if there were any cups, and the supervisor curtly replied that they were all used up. I gave her a look, and then very quickly, a server brought a whole stack of paper cups. I really don't know where they hired this 'service supervisor.' Please train your staff properly. This hotel is even worse than other Atour hotels. We didn't interact much after check-in, but those ten minutes of checking in left a very bad impression.

I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service, which kept the room clean and fresh throughout my visit. The room itself was quite spacious, even though I booked one of the more budget-friendly options, which was a pleasant surprise.
One area that could be improved is the lighting control in the room. There is no central switch to dim or turn off the lights, so I had to walk around the room to switch off different lights before going to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom layout separates the toilet from the shower area, requiring a few steps to move between them.
The hotel provides clothes washing services but it’s chargeable and the price is on high side. One piece of normal ladies pant cost RMB50, male pant cost RMB45. If you give the clothes the housekeeping staff before 11am, they will send the clothes back to your room within the same day.
Pullman Hotel also offers several in-house dining options, including Chinese and Japanese-style restaurants within the premises, which made dining very convenient. If you order food delivery , they have the robot machine to send your food to the room, just make sure you indicated the room number clearly. The lift required a room card to access hence the dispatcher will not be able to send the food to your room.
Hotel staff is helpful, I requested them to collect the parcel on my behalf from the locker located at basement and they acting it very fast. Keeping them for me even though the check in date was a week later.
Overall, it was still a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Pullma.

The only minor drawback is that the front desk is about 100-200 meters from the main entrance of the estate, and golf carts aren't allowed. This means if you order takeout and the delivery person isn't willing to walk, guests have to go out and meet them, which can be inconvenient when you're on a tight schedule for a business trip.

It actually made me feel even more at ease. The room itself was spotlessly clean, the bedding was comfortable, and it was quiet at night, making for a very relaxing stay. You can tell the owner genuinely cares about service; they don't shirk responsibility when issues arise and actively work to solve them, which is a huge plus. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommend it!
