This hotel definitely deserves a special shout-out! My experience was fantastic right from check-in. For those who enjoy culinary experiences, I highly recommend checking out their 'one night, two meals' package. I loved the ice cream with nachos at the ground floor cafe. The evening snacks and breakfast on the second floor were also delicious. While it might not have the extensive variety of a typical star-rated hotel buffet, it offers a great chance to try various local snacks. Every single braised meat, minced pork, and topping was incredibly flavorful, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of a rice cooker so you could serve yourself hot rice. You could really tell that the restaurant staff and managers were genuinely dedicated to service and food quality, constantly moving around and attending to guests. The room was spotless, and the lighting was much brighter than what you'd typically find in comparable hotels. The bathroom was also more spacious. The only minor drawback was a gap of about 1cm under the room door, which made me think the soundproofing might not be great. However, I wasn't disturbed by any noise from outside during my stay.

Easy to find the location. The owner were very understanding and kind since we arrived almost late from the check in time, they speak english. The view were so beautiful especially at night. There is an in-house police in the building as well as 711 convenience store. And outside there are lots of convenience store to be found. The train station is very near too. And also the elavator is very spacious.

Perfectly fine place for a short 2 day stay. Location is okay - 10 min walk from the station and about 10 mins from the main shopping area. Amenities could be better - no bottled water (store nearby) or shower curtain. Room is clean and the decor is nice. Staff are friendly.

The exterior of the hotel looked really old and honestly, it scared us a bit. But since we'd already booked and traveled all this way, we decided to go in. Once we got to the 11th floor, we were pleasantly surprised! The floor has been renovated, the customer service was very friendly, and the 24-hour free coffee and tea were a huge plus. Breakfast was also included. We'd definitely recommend it and would come back multiple times. We just hope management doesn't suddenly increase the prices; keeping them stable would be even better.

Very happy with my stay here! Great location, the hotel is super clean and staff were friendly. The bed is super comfortable! Free coffee and water and a few snacks at the reception. The only downside was the cleaning staff making lots of noise at 8am on a Saturday morning but I had to get up anyway. I’d come back for sure.

I stayed there for 3 nights during Twice’s concert. They gave us some snack and refreshments on the concert night🥰 What they can improve is sanity issue. It would be better if the trash can next to the toilet has a lit to keep the gerns inside since there is no handheld bidet. Also the entrance is not noticeable at night. The hotel’s sight is noticeable at day time, but at night there is no light shined on the sign. It’s better if guests arrive at day time. The room size is big. There are snacks, coffee and tea at the common area for free. Free drinking water, hot water, towels, every necessity for a night stay.

Hostel was relatively clean. Had issues with refunding one of the days and after some negotiation with Trip and the front desk did they finally relent. Lesson learnt: always book ONLY on the day itself or day by day in case of sudden travel plans. It was a real hassle because their policy seems very rigid.The top floor had a Central Area but nobody ever goes up there to socialise.

Everything was good during my stay in this hotel. The lighting of the room was a bit too dim for me, but it wasn't a problem during the day as there was plenty of sunlight from the window. What I like about is that they put a coffee table and an armchair by the window, making it quite enjoyable to do some reading during the day. The location is a okay, around 10-15 minutes walk from the closest MRT station. The way to the station was clear and had a variety of local shops to explore.

The room key and the energy-saving card are separate, which is convenient when you want to leave the room but keep the power on. The space is just right, and the TV can directly access YouTube. The only minor drawback is that fast-forward isn't supported, which is a bit of a shame for someone like me who loves to use fast-forward mode. The bed was so comfortable; I originally planned to eat dinner in the room and then go out for a walk, but I ended up just lounging in bed until the next day! 🤣🤣

Clean and hygienic, with fully automated check-in/check-out. It felt very welcoming. Breakfast was served in a sunlit room with a great variety of food. Although it's surrounded by older shops, it has a charming vibe, like a new building in an old district. The transportation is very convenient, and it truly felt like a safe place to stay. Loved it! The fact that there's a rock climbing gym or park just a ten-minute walk away is a fantastic bonus.
