The B&B is located right opposite the Sail Rock! The whole mountain view is pretty good and vast during the day! This time I chose a shower room with mountain view. The room is clean as a whole, except for the black edges of the waterproof curtains in the bathroom. It would be more perfect if these two curtains were replaced.

The scenery of the hotel facing the sea is very beautiful, the environment is clean and hygienic, the breakfast is delicious 😋, it is very fast when you check in, there will be no noisy sound at night, we are waiting at the station when we leave, the boss is very careful to walk over and tell us that there will be no car here. Then I drove my own car. We waited at Xiaowan Station for the bus 😊👍👍👍.

The hotel manager is very welcoming, the room is clean, there are plenty of toys in the room, the location is convenient, there are plenty of parking spaces opposite the B&B, and it is close to the beach and highway, with convenient transportation!

GGuest UserI've been here many times, always choosing to come during the off-season before Chinese New Year. Both breakfast and dinner are great, and the hotel rooms have been renovated. It's a shame the macaw from before is gone. The beautiful scenery of Xiaowan Beach remains as stunning as ever.

YYanxiangThe price is not cheap, but the location is good, the service is good, and the food is delicious. The only thing I can complain about is that the hotel is a bit on a slope and there is no elevator, which may be a bit inconvenient for middle-aged and elderly people or people with disabilities, but it is no problem for young people. Overall it's a very good hotel!

Taking my daughter to see the sea, play in the water, and go beachcombing was a wonderful experience.
My daughter had never been before and fell in love with Baisha Bay, Nanwan Bay, and Xiaowan Bay in Kenting.
The hotel room was very clean because the owner uses an industrial vacuum cleaner every day to remove any sand guests bring back, so we basically walked barefoot in the room.
We stayed at Keji Bay.
We even went hermit crab catching! It was the first time my daughter had ever seen one on the beach.
The sea in Kenting and the owner's enthusiasm make it well worth going back.

BBobLiangIf you're looking for a place to truly unwind in Kenting, I highly recommend 35.5. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, and the bed was just the right firmness, ensuring we had excellent sleep every night. I especially loved the minimalist design of the room; it felt very calming and uncluttered.
Even though the hotel is right by the main street, the soundproofing was surprisingly effective, completely blocking out the noise from outside. Xiaowan Beach is less than a 5-minute walk away, so we could easily stroll down to the beach in the evening, dip our feet in the water, and then return to the room for a relaxing bath. It was the perfect way to melt away all our stress. A big thank you to the guesthouse owner for providing such a wonderful space, allowing us to recharge before heading home!

GGuest UserI arrived before the check-in time, so I was able to check in early, which was a blessing.
The location is convenient, as it is close to the bus stop and the night market, and you can get to the beach in about 5 minutes on foot. The room was on the third floor and there were only stairs. The bathroom and toilet are completely separated, so the toilet doesn't get wet. The windows are double-glazed, so you don't have to worry about outside noise.

Staff is super friendly and really went the extra mile to help us, despite a slight language barrier (they were able to communicate all relevant information in English to us). There was free coffee, tea, and snacks available (including snacks from the island).
You may choose between a pre-made breakfast at the hotel or vouchers for a breakfast at a take away place that’s a five-minute scooter drive away. We choose the latter - it’s a nice local experience, a bit of a challenge for non-Chinese speakers such as ourselves, so if you don’t want to figure it out, the pre-made breakfast might be a better option.
You can also rent an e-scooter here, which is nice but do keep in mind that it’s silent - so other people in traffic may not hear you. We had no problems but I noticed some people crossing that seemed to have no idea we were passing. A plus is that you can change the battery for free at several points on the island.

SSophiaJangI've stayed at Seawall before, and I remember the air conditioning in the room being very quiet, not affecting my sleep quality at all. This time I stayed in a street-view room with a small balcony, and the AC was still very quiet. It's really important to get good rest when you're traveling.
From the hotel entrance, you can see the Dawan seascape and the sunset, and Kenting Street is right behind the hotel. For us, who prioritize relaxation, it's a very suitable and convenient location.
Seawall provides breakfast vouchers for a restaurant on the first floor of another building. It's quite simple, but it has everything you need, and I personally thought it was good.
