"The service here is very nice. We arrived around noon, and the staff kindly offered to store our luggage so we could go out for lunch without any worries. That was a thoughtful touch and made a great first impression. However, the room wasn’t ready until 4:45 pm, even though I was told it would be available by 3 pm, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was delicious, especially bio drink and the famous Spanish potato omelette — definitely worth trying. The room itself was spacious and spotless, with a very comfortable bed. I slept well and even woke up without any back pain, which doesn’t happen often for me. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with friendly service and good amenities.u"

"The price I paid for my room will normally get me a bunk bed in a hostel. So, I would like to emphasize how great of a value this place is. If you add its location, it really can't be beat. Walking distance from Plaza Cataluña, 2 metro stations across the street, and numerous buses make the location perfect for going around the city. That being said, getting a room that doesn't face the street means you have no idea what the weather is like outside. It's simply too dark and there's not enough fresh air in the room. Given the choice between a noisy room vs a room facing nothing and being in the dark, I would choose noise. Ask for a room facing the street."

"I was overall very happy with my stay. The hotel is neat, simple, and well maintained—nothing fancy, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s no on-site breakfast; instead, breakfast is ordered through a third-party service. I chose not to book it, and honestly didn’t miss it at all. There are plenty of great cafés nearby, which I would highly recommend instead. The reception staff actually suggested this as well when I asked, which I appreciated—they were very honest and helpful. The room was cleaned properly every day, and everything I needed was provided. The location is perfect, making it very convenient to get around. Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for a clean, simple hotel in an excellent location."

"Good location. The check in experience was great. We arrived in the morning and store the luggage at the hotel. At around 1:00, I received an email from the hotel informing me that the room was available. When we arrived the hotel, we were told that the luggage was already in our room. The room is clean and everything was good."

"Very good location. You walk to most city attraction spots. the hotal staff all are very helpfull and get what you want. the stand room we got is littel small. if morny is not a issue try get the suprtior room. also the breakfast was very good."
