We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout. We were especially impressed by the team who served us breakfast and provided room service. The women, including Melat, were incredibly kind and friendly — starting our mornings with her bright smile truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

Mazeki Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help – truly amazing people. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Best Hotel I've stayed at in Addis Ababa. Unfortunately due to Foot and Leg Injuries; had to stay in Room for majority of time. Personnel very helpful for Room Service..and assisting in pushing my wheelchair. Highly recommended for anyone who is thinking of visiting Addis Ababa.
