The hotel is cost-effective and very clean! Close to attractions!

Great location, easy to get around, my only criticism was the lack of tea , and water provided in my room which made me call several times to reception but apart from that a comfortable stay and an extra thanks to houda who made me and my mum lovely cappucino she was very lovely!

It was ok, there was construction work going on so the entrance seem narrow. Very close to Arc de Triomphe and you have several alternative to use public transportation - close to bus and metro stations

He even shared wonderful tips about touring around Paris, which made my stay even more memorable. Matthew and the rest of the team were equally friendly and attentive, creating a warm and caring atmosphere that’s rare to find. The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. What I love most is that it doesn’t feel like staying in a hotel—it feels like returning home. The lighting, soft background fragrance, and perfectly balanced temperature make every corner comfortable and inviting. Small touches like freshly brewed coffee and delicious cakes add to the charm, turning simple moments into special memories. The location is also ideal—just steps away from public transport, shops, and great restaurants, making it perfect for exploring the city with ease. My entire experience here was exceptional from star1t to finish. The warmth of the staff, the cozy ambiance, and the thoughtful details make this hotel stand out in every way. It’s more than just a place to sleep—it’s a place to feel welcomed, cared for, and truly at peace. I already miss it and the wonderful people like Flo and Matthew. The front desk staff went above and beyond: they were not only friendly and efficient but also helped us store our luggage securely with patience and care. Daily room cleaning ensured everything stayed tidy and fresh throughout our stay. A few minor downsides: the elevator is quite small (challenging with bulky suitcases), and single rooms are compact – ideal for solo travelers packing light. However, the **double room was flawless**: spacious, modern, and impeccably maintained. If you prioritize location, service, and value, this hotel is a winner. Highly recommended for couples or friends, though solo travelers might prefer to upgrade to a double room for extra space!

Very good hotel in the center of Paris with unique climate. Stained glass windows inside the hotel are beautiful. Petite dejeuner are very tasty and Ms Sangrija and Ms Rosine are very helpful. So I recommend this hotel, you can visit the center of Paris on your feet walking safely at night.
