This was the third time staying at the hotel and again the service and room were excellent. Very quiet and a really good sleep.

The holiday inn is well placed only 10 min walk from Birmingham new street station, the staff are well friendly and the breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and ideal for a short break

I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Birmingham Centre. The hotel is very well located in the city centre, within walking distance to Broad Street, restaurants, and key attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a good bed and practical layout. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast offered a good variety and was well organised. Facilities such as Wi-Fi and the gym were useful. The only minor downside was some street noise at night due to the central location, but it was manageable. Overall, a solid and reliable choice for both business and leisure travellers. I would stay here again.

I was thrilled to be upgraded to a deluxe room with a stunning view of Birmingham’s skyline, which added a special touch to my stay. The room itself was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a dream every night! I loved the little touches, like the Nespresso machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the sleek bathroom with a powerful rain shower and luxurious toiletries. Everything felt well thought-out, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, offering a fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, from fresh pastries and fruit to full English breakfast items. I also enjoyed a delicious dinner there one evening – the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. The bar area was a great spot to unwind with a cocktail after a day of exploring the city. Excellent location for Symphony Hall. Friendly check-in experience, although when we left there was no enquiry as to whether all had been well with our stay. Room had all we needed but unfortunately the bathroom was very chilly. Enjoyed the breakfast, especially the cooked to order omelettes. We have stayed here before and will do so again when visiting Symphony Hall.

This store is located near Snow Hill train station, surrounded by office buildings. There's a police station just 150 meters away, making it feel very safe. The hotel offers free breakfast; although the variety is limited, it's nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The rooms are very spacious with great views. Additionally, the shower has strong water pressure, making the overall experience perfect. The price is also reasonable! I would stay here again next time.

Great location with the train station, China Town, and the Bullring shopping centre all within an easy walk. The room is basic, bed, bathroom, TV and desk. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
