"Lovely place just 15min walk from Portobello Promenade leading to the beach. Great bus connection into Edinburgh city centre. The staff were lovely and food was good. Most of all I liked the clean room (for family of 3), breakfast and very good amenities. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Edinburgh."

"The hotel is in a quiet and ideal location! Only 15 mins to the main city centre by bus, with bus stop being opposite the hotel. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and made the stay comfortable. Unfortunately the hotel was under doing a renovation during the visit which meant some rooms and the hallway walls weren’t clean but I’m sure once the renovation gets done a it will a a clean hotel. Safe area away from the busy city centre. Recommend for solo and couple stays."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view from the window was absolutely amazing and really made my day — waking up to such a beautiful scene instantly put me in a great mood. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, which made check-in and communication very smooth. The Christmas decorations were stunning and created such a warm, festive atmosphere throughout the hotel. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Overall, this stay made me feel relaxed and genuinely happy. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to others."

"We went for my 25th birthday and the hotel really did make the trip. Special shout out to Lacey who checked us in. She upgraded us to the most lovely room for my birthday which had the most unbelievable views and such a nice room. We loved watching the sun rise from Arthur’s seat out of our window🌅 Really easy check in process and her lovely service made it even better! The staff in the hotel are lovely, super clean hotel and in a perfect location ( a very short walk to the royal mile and Arthur’s seat). We can’t wait to return to this hotel on our next trip to Edinburgh☺️"
