This hotel is a true gem in the heart of the city, and I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone visiting Birmingham. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team went out of their way to make me feel at home. I was thrilled to be upgraded to a deluxe room with a stunning view of Birmingham’s skyline, which added a special touch to my stay. The room itself was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a dream every night! I loved the little touches, like the Nespresso machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the sleek bathroom with a powerful rain shower and luxurious toiletries. Everything felt well thought-out, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, offering a fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, from fresh pastries and fruit to full English breakfast items. I also enjoyed a delicious dinner there one evening – the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. The bar area was a great spot to unwind with a cocktail after a day of exploring the city. The location of the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham is unbeatable, especially if you want to be in the heart of the action. It’s just a short walk from major attractions like the Bullring Shopping Centre, Birmingham New Street Station, and the vibrant Brindleyplace area, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I also appreciated how easy it was to get around the city, with excellent transport links nearby. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. When I needed recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, the concierge provided brilliant suggestions. Overall, my stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Whether you’re in Birmingham for a weekend getaway, a business trip, or a special occasion, this hotel is the perfect choice. All the required things were spot on. The room was superbly cleaned and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

Location next to Train station with all transport facilites/ market place around you. Nice breakfast and clean bed sheets.

Fabulous hotel, great amenities - jacuzzi and sauna were all wonderful! Lovely canal view!

This store is located near Snow Hill train station, surrounded by office buildings. There's a police station just 150 meters away, making it feel very safe. The hotel offers free breakfast; although the variety is limited, it's nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The rooms are very spacious with great views. Additionally, the shower has strong water pressure, making the overall experience perfect. The price is also reasonable! I would stay here again next time.
