XXiaohanjiayouThe hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the Parliament building. It's up a small slope, so it's quiet. The room was spacious, and they provided water and basic toiletries. It was cleaned daily, and the front desk was always quick to address any issues. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was sufficient. You could order omelets and coffee, and I always left feeling full. It was pretty good and exceeded my expectations!

GGuest UserThe hotel is generally well located; however, access by car is not very convenient. Vehicles cannot approach the entrance directly, so guests are dropped off nearby and have to walk to the hotel with their luggage.
Overall, the staff leave a positive impression — the team works in a coordinated manner, and there is clear involvement from both the front desk and management. Unfortunately, this applies to a lesser extent to the restaurant and room service.
Restaurant service could be improved: service is not always prompt, and tables are cleared with delays. At the same time, the food quality is good — breakfasts are tasty, and hot dishes are prepared well and replenished on time. I would also note that during breakfast, waiters leave the dining area several times to smoke, exiting directly from the restaurant. As a result, the door is frequently opened and cold air enters the room, which is uncomfortable during the winter season.
I would also note that communication with room service was inappropriate — the order was taken in a rather rude manner, which does not meet expectations for a hotel of this level.
The rooms are very compact. Once a suitcase is opened or a chair is moved away from the desk, it becomes difficult to move around the room. All beds in the hotel are made of two joined beds; there are no king-size beds. This information was confirmed at the front desk when I attempted to upgrade my room. Room lighting is insufficient, and the windows face neighboring buildings.
The organization of drinking water also raises questions. Despite the hotel’s four-star rating, water is not delivered to the rooms. Guests are expected to fill their own bottles from a water dispenser on the floor, where queues sometimes form, creating the impression of staying in a student campus.
Housekeeping is carried out regularly, though not always thoroughly.
At the same time, I would like to note a positive point: due to low occupancy, I was provided with a complimentary room upgrade, which had a positive impact on my overall impression of the stay.
Overall, the hotel leaves a mixed impression: strong work from the front desk and management and decent food quality are combined with noticeable shortcomings in restaurant service, room comfort, and basic guest amenities.

MMariaIt was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi.
1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name
2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****.
3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive).
4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)

The location is convenient, and the bed linen is clean. The bathroom floor is cold, which makes it uncomfortable to walk barefoot in winter. Check-in and check-out are quick, which is very convenient if you are staying for a short time.

YYobaobaoThis is a very unique hotel. The staircase public area has a bit of a nightclub vibe, which is very unique. The room was a little small, and the suitcases couldn't be fully opened, but the service was very good.

The capsules are new. Just in front the door, I thank the lady that gave me a capsule in the back so ir was very quiet. So I thank her very much.
Cero info as to what is around. People are permanent living in, yet the is not even a microwave in the kitchen,??.
I complained to the 'manager???' (Who seem not to have any idea about the bussiness) regarding the lack of cleaning in the showers . Bla bla bla lies and excuses; yet, the showers never were clean once, scum all over the place. Toilets are mix, there are like 10 toilets; yet, 7 or 8 are permanent close ( perhaps it is the cleaner idea so she does not have to clean all of them. The first morning there were disgusted, yet I managed to open one extra so it was like my private one for the next 3 days.
Last one, there was one lady at the from who refused to provide her name. She was very unfriendly and rude. I called her snowwhite and she should be with her 7 dwarves and not working in a place like this.
Resume, this is the perfect recipe to run a bussines to the ground in no time. What a shame. And tks alex, you made things easier.

AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel itself is in the private house on the top of the slope. The door is not easy to find and it is very hidden. Just chalk it on the big iron gate. When you enter the broken yard, you have to carefully find the anti-theft door and ring the bell. However, the location is very convenient in the old city, and it is basically within walking distance to the attractions.
Hygienic: It's okay to do it, at least it looks clean.
Environmental service facilities: no breakfast is provided, the room is small, there is a European-style oblique roof window to open, there are heating, drying racks, hand sanitizer shampoo, body soap, hair dryer and bathrobes, you can feel that the sound insulation is not good but everyone is very quiet so it does not affect the rest. There's a common ironing machine outside.
There is no service. If you don’t take the initiative to ask, you will not clean it at all. There is also the checkin desk of the house itself on the second floor. The room may also be arranged to a higher floor. You have to carry the box yourself. The wooden stairs, the front desk does not help at all, There are convenience stores and shops selling fruits and vegetables around the price is fair and convenient, and there are restaurants. You can choose Bolt by taxi, you don’t have to climb up and down the stone road yourself.

Огорчила только кровать, которая очень сильно скрипела, но в целом было удобной. Ну и не понравилось, что двери картонные и из-за них очень слышно происходящее на ресепшен, из-за этого одной ночью нас разбудил очень громкий мужчина, которого почему-то на ресепшен не попросили быть хоть немного тише в 3 часа ночи (он прям чуть-ли не орал, хотя судя по разговору, он просто заселяся без какого-либо скандала)
