YYovani MillerGreat stay so far. The bathroom was a lil bit dirty because the water leaking from the little shower. It supposed to be fixed soon. One additional point, the positive ones, is that, there is a massage seat in the pantry now. It is very useful for many travellers or tourists. The great thing in here is the access. Right in front of the hotel, theres many museums and foods eveerywhere. It is crowded at night but it is a good thing for a tourist spot or entertainment. The staff is helpful. At first check in, the AC is not cool so I need to go to reception to make a complain, but it was handled professionally by the male staff. Thank you for everything

GGuest UserThis is a great hotel with an amazing breakfast spread! They have everything from bread and milk to hot and cold dishes, noodles, and more – it really caters to all tastes. Starting the day with such a good breakfast is truly comfortable.

QQMA travelsWe booked this hotel as it is near to Jakarta airport and we have an early flight 530am to catch, the next day. The hotel provides complimentary airport transfer even at 3am!
We also requested for a morning call at 230am and it was delivered on time.
As for room condition, no complaints as the standard was good as per Citadines brand.
Will stay here again if we had to catch an early flight the next time.

The environment isn't ideal as I was woken up at night. Service is okay, but sometimes lacks attention to detail. Overall, it's just a run-of-the-mill review.

First, let's talk about the service. From the moment I walked in, through check-in, and all the way to room service, everyone was smiling and genuinely helpful in resolving any issues. This definitely earned them extra points.
Next, the location. It's connected to Central Park Mall and Taman Anggrek, so you don't need to go anywhere else for dining, entertainment, and shopping – everything you need is right there. It's also only about a 30-minute drive to the airport.
The room, while not huge, was definitely sufficient and spotlessly clean.
The absolute highlight of this hotel is the breakfast. I can confidently say that the breakfast here surpasses many five-star hotels costing upwards of 1500 (presumably IDR). This trip to Jakarta, I initially booked two nights at another well-known chain hotel, but I only stayed one night before giving up on it and switching to this hotel.
The only minor drawback is that the hotel seems to cater heavily to business travelers, so it might not be as focused on families. The swimming pool is tucked away in a corner and there's no dedicated children's area, making it relatively small. However, all the other advantages definitely outweigh this small issue. I highly, highly recommend it!

Ffang001206I booked a two-night stay here due to its proximity to my client's office. To be fair, the room was quite spacious, and there's a swimming pool. The facilities seemed decent enough at first glance. However, the cleanliness was far from satisfactory. To my dismay, I spotted a cockroach in the room on the very first night. I'm not sure if it was an isolated incident, but overall, my experience was quite disappointing. This hotel seems to cater primarily to tour groups; every day, I saw tour buses and mountains of luggage. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it for solo travelers or those on business trips.

MMam LandosI stayed at Delua Hotel Jakarta and had a positive experience overall. The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
While the stay was pleasant, I did feel the hotel could benefit from having an in-house restaurant. It would have made dining more convenient, especially after a long day out.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Jakarta.
