My stay at this hotel was truly excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and main attractions. I also loved the peaceful atmosphere and the high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking comfort, great service, and a memorable experience.

It's such a strategies and cleanest hotel, and the service is fast response. I recommend for who travel from other city or foreigners to calm and vibes on town city, cause the transportation area is easy too go everywhere

We stayed for a short transit from Penang to our hometown. The rooms were little bit small but still enjoyable. The location was strategic. Near hotel there were some restos in walking distance. The hotel has a swimming pool above the receptionist floor. The staffs were nice and helpful for our GoFood orders.

From the beginning I do solo travel from my first travel to JB Malaysia 2019 to China 2022 over the year I always chose Hilton hotel . Hilton one of the my favorite hotels stay ❤️🤌🏻 - great location not far from the airport - clean - the pool is clean too not to crowded - room also clean 😍 - great view from my room ❤️🤌🏻

The location is wonderful for business trip , there are shopping malls connected that provides wide range of food. The view of the hotel is very good too. The front desk staff is helpful and you will be notified by sms when the room is ready. The room is using glass bottle water that would be more environment friendly for travellers.

This hotel is still basically the SwissBell Inn that it replaced. There's fresh paint, the lobby looks nicer, the rooms are basically the same with fresh paint. Except, the last 2 times I stayed there was no hot water in the shower in either of the rooms. That's quite a wakeup at 4am getting ready for an early flight. The towels are old. Maybe time to replace those rags after all the other work they did there. The bed is fine, comfortable enough, but I have encountered some suspect stains on the sheets and bed cover. The staff is very nice. The hotel food is average and a bit expensive for what you get. The airport nasi goreng with chicken is the best bet on the menu for me. There are still mosquitoes in the restaurant, it's been that's way since my first stay in 2022. Bring bug repellent if you want to sit down to eat! The shuttle to the airport is prompt. Unfortunately it now stops running at midnight, so you're on your on if you have a late flight. The price is inexpensive. Around $30+ with shuttle included. Breakfast buffet is additional cost, not worth it to me. There are several other hotel options nearby in similar price range that may be better. But I have been sticking with this one because if anything, it's consistent. Fyi- grab car from from airport is about $5-6 USD. I bought the airport meet and greet for an extra $3 from trip.com. Totally worth the few extra $ to walk outside and get immediately taken to your ride. Previously I've waited up to 45 minutes for the hotel shuttle. And even with a grab car you'll still be waiting a bit after arrival. Summary. It's absolutely adequate for the price.

This was my first time staying with Harris Suites. To start with, getting there was a breeze from the Airport, it was just a highway away. It's located close to the highway so it was a quick 30-minute ride. Checking in was also effortless as the customer service was helpful and friendly. I was give a room on the 2nd floor, not too bad considering not having to wait for the lift for too long. Of course i preferred a higher floor so that i could get a better view but that's OK. Room was clean and cozy, great for solo travellers. I have enjoyed my stay throughout, i managed to grab a quick breakfast on my 2nd day, it wasn't too crowded and the food selection is OK - nothing fancy, it's typical hotel breakfast that you would expect in SEA. On the final day, i could not have my breakfast as it was too crowded so i checked out early. Again, no hold-up during check-out, it was swift. i would surely come back again given its price point and its location.

Located in a strategic place in Jakarta, the hotel facilities are really good, from dining, swimming pool etc, one thing the most important is the hotel is just next too the ciputra mall so its very convenient to shop or just to find something to eat there. The staffs are really helpful and polite, no problem at all with the check-in/out process. Only there's some minor things need to improve, in the morning we went to the swimming pool area 7am with my kids and there's already some people there smoking and vapes in the Bar area, don't know if that place is smoking area, i think the hotel need to setup a proper smoking/vapes area not in the swimming pool area because it is outdoor.
