Fabulous setting up on a hill about a 20 min walk down  to the town(definitely get a rickshaw back).  Didn’t realise we could order eggs  for breakfast until our second morning (not offered them  on the first morning). Cake at breakfast was yummy. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned  on arrival  and there were splatters marks on the wall  above the tea/coffee area. We also returned to our room late afternoon to find maintenance working on our balcony - did feel this could have been done after checkout! Fabulous shower. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was very good. The high taxes in Tamil Nadu added to the price (almost 25%) so bear this in mind . Cocktails weee excellent. We did the morning ’hike’  which was well worth getting up for.  We were brought a hot water bottle on our second night which was a lovely surprise.  Tea & biscuits served between 5 & 5.30pm which was a nice touch  although more of the breakfast cake would have been good. Would recommend staying here as rooms, location  & restaurant are excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Excellent Resort, away from the city rush. The rooms and Bathrooms are clean, Jaya ji at the reception was always helpful. Overall we had a 3 night pleasant stay, with a beautiful view.

1. Hotel was clean friendly staff, supportive. 2. Complementary breakfast was amazing. 3. In ask of extra room they arranged for it, so extremely supportive. 4. There were clean towels, bedsheets, soap, hot water etc. 5. Hotel room is little small, ideal for couple but not ideal for two friends. 6. Parking is okay okay type. I

Best property inside the town . All shopping and restaurants in a walkable distance . Moreover both restaurants in the property are very good in taste with good quality. Well maintained furnished and excellent hospitality.

Really interesting place to stay. You feel as if you are going back in time. No mod cons, but luxurious antique comfort. Lovely gardens and in the evening, bisons arrive to graze. Great food in the restaurant, which feels like a ball room from the 1920s.
