Reception & First Impression The lobby is spacious, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. Everything is spotlessly clean and well-kept, with a touch of elegance that you immediately notice upon entering. The location is perfect, right across from the Venice Mestre train station, making it incredibly convenient for anyone traveling to or from Venice by train. After a long train journey, stepping out of the station and seeing the beautiful façade of the hotel feels like finding an oasis in the desert. It's easily the best-located hotel in the area, and that first impression is unforgettable. Check-in Experience I arrived at 11 PM for check-in, and the front desk staff was quick, efficient, and professional. Despite the late hour, the process was smooth, and I appreciated the courteous service. Room & Cleanliness The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. Everything in the room, including the bathroom, felt new and freshly renovated. The bathroom was spotless, with all the necessary amenities provided. It’s clear that the hotel takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Breakfast Experience One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The breakfast room is large, clean, and well-lit, creating a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. The hotel has several staff members serving food and beverages, which ensures everything runs smoothly. There are plenty of hot food options, and the variety of coffee drinks is impressive — you can order cappuccinos, mochaccinos, and more. Everything is fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. I can confidently say that the breakfast at Hotel Plaza Venice is excellent. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Plaza Venice offers an outstanding experience. "This hotel near Venezia Mestre station (5-6 min walk) is a fantastic find. The rooms are super clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and strong heating. The staff are friendly and provide free luggage storage. While the design is basic, the thoughtful amenities (the shower room has a handy chair for your clothes, and single-use cups are provided) make it very practical. Don't miss the Chinese food on the street behind it—'Panda Fly' comes highly recommended!"

"I love the hotel, it is amazing, beautiful room, breakfast is good, staffs are friendly, location is ok, walkable to train station or u can take bus. Only thing about is I found a small cockroach in room but not a big deal. Room still clean but idk where is the cockroach from.😂"

"The location is superb as it’s just opposite Mestre Train station and 6 mins walk to Aerobus station. Very centrally located to Venice and airport.  receptionists are very friendly, nice and helpful: Jessica is exceptionally wonderful. Andrea is very helpful as well. As I arrived early but the room was  not available yet, I then stored my luggage at reception. What really impressed me was they had already brought my luggage in my room when I went back in the evening. Additionally, they offered me an accessible room as my mom walks with walking stick. What a good and thoughtful service! Thank you. Room is very clean and bright. A/C, heat is warm and quiet.  Breakfast is acceptable, bread and pastries are very good, cakes are very delicious but hot dishes have only scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages and bacon. Coffee is very tasty. It is illy coffee.  I would stay in this hotel again if I visit Venice. "

The location is perfect—just a short walk from public transport and close to many main attractions, yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. The room was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated with Venetian touches. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the daily housekeeping service. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety, with delicious coffee to start the day. Overall, this hotel provided great value for the price. I would definitely recommend Royal Hotel Leonardo to anyone visiting Venice and would happily stay here again!"

"This is an ideal studio hotel. There is a small kitchenette with induction cooker and microwave. Also a dishwasher and fridge. All cutlery, pots and pans are there. Supermarket (Interspar) is just 5 mins walk away. There are a few eateries nearby the hotel. All the staff are friendly. We were met by staff Hinda who was super helpful. There is also a laundry room on ground floor. To go over to Venice just need to walk across the road to the bus stop above the flyover bridge. Many buses go to Venezia, 2, 7, 7E, 8E. The train station is about 5-10 mins walk from hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Venice."
