Breakfast is not available every day. Just in time! Very warm. The trolley is delivered directly to the room. There are also many varieties.

Much more pretty than pictures, perfect location and plenty of space in the room~

Clean, fully air-conditioned apartment (central air conditioning). It has two bedrooms, so you have to share the bathroom and kitchen. This wasn't a big problem; we were able to use the bathroom without much difficulty. The bathroom was clean and functional. The room was very large with comfortable beds. The location was good for walking to the tourist attractions. The only drawback was having to check in at a different address.

We arrived at the hotel on January 12th at 10:30 PM. The room was absolutely amazing and split over two levels. On the ground floor there was a bathroom and a separate shower. Everything was very beautiful, clean, and in perfect working condition. The shower did not leak at all, and there were no unpleasant smells. On the upper floor there was a bedroom with a large bed and an additional sofa. The room was equipped with a large Smart TV, a spacious wardrobe, a safe, and a hairdryer. We were also provided with two 0.5 L bottles of water. There was both a heater and air conditioning, and everything worked perfectly, so it was not cold at all. The location is excellent. It may look a bit confusing on the map at first, but we figured it out quickly. When you see the shop “Ca’ Macana Atelier”, turn immediately to the right. You will see an old public telephone, and between the buildings there is the hotel entrance (the hotel name is written on the door). All access codes worked without any problems. The interior of the hotel is very beautiful. The owner is a very kind and welcoming lady truly wonderful. She speaks English and cleans the rooms daily. If you prefer not to have your room cleaned, you can simply inform her or hang the sign on the door. The tourist tax is €3 per person per day. We absolutely loved everything. Out of all the places we have stayed in (priced between €20 and €60 per night), this hotel and room are without a doubt our number one favorite. Thank you so much. If we ever return to Venice, we will definitely stay here again. ❤️

Friendly, prompt and attentive staff with great view at the restaurant while having our buffet breakfast. Clean, pleasant room. Great location near train station.

Thank you to the two boys who helped us carry our luggage. Although the hotel does not have an elevator, the staff is very friendly. The croissants for breakfast the next day were delicious. Remember to take your breakfast list when you check in. There will be hand-painted guides, which is very cute.

Hotel Principe is truly one of the most convenient stays in Venice, located just a short walk from the Santa Lucia train station  — a great advantage in a city full of bridges and steps . The hotel offers two guest lifts, which makes moving around with luggage incredibly easy. The lounge area is spacious, beautifully decorated, and provides a warm, elegant welcome. One of the highlights is the direct access to the Venice canal right from within the hotel. You can relax and enjoy the charming view of boats gliding along the water — a quintessential Venetian experience. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay overall. We genuinely hope the hotel continues to maintain its good standard, as we would love to return on our future visits to Venice.

Andrea was one of the best hosts I have meet in the forty years of travelling. We had an issue with a train strike in Italy and we were supposed to travel to Montorosso. He went beyond to help with the situation ringing the next hotel in Montorosso and organised an early train ride with some issues about check in time. We organised an earlier train and we kept on our schedule. He greeted with a smile and was professional every day. Accomodation was clean great location close to st luca train station. The bags were taken to the room and the was explained PowerPoints safe television remote. I strongly recommend hotel Amadeus Venice. Andrea will be a general manger one day. Friendly hotel set on a quiet canal in cannaregio. Excellent staff here who really make your stay enjoyable. Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast very good with lots of choice. Very easy to get to from airport using orange line boat from Marco Polo and then a 10 minute walk. Some Great restaurants and bars nearby
