GGuest UserWell maintained hotel with spa facilities available. Nice view of the lake. Breakfast was great. Two sessions in afternoon and after 9 pm where free flow of drinks (including alcohols) and light tidbits were served. Big carpark available.

RRoman.KusIt is the best hotel I’ve ever been. Staff is polite, adorable and helpful. Spa zone is awesome. Relaxation zone is cool too. Cubicles are comfortable and quiet. Common area is also great. If I could live there a month I would have done it. Highly recommend!

PPapayabananaHotel provided us good service and free drinks in the lobby. Free drinks included soda water, coke, lemon tea and coffee. So sweet to have all of these. The receptionist was very helpful.

LLincoln WoodRented bicycles for 24hpurs for only 1000 each. Worked perfectly well. Took advantage of the lounge which had a lovely atmosphere. Bedroom was bigger than many other places I've stayed at. Staff at reception were smiley. Cleaners too were jolly. Only down side was the bathroom toilet. There was nowhere to put a change of clothes towel etc. so I managed to soak them.

GGuest UserWe booked in October for our family of three, hoping to enjoy the view of Lake Hamana and explore the surrounding area at the end of the year. The weather was beautiful, the view from our hotel room window was beautiful, and the room was larger than we expected, allowing three adults to relax comfortably. We had requested parking, so we were able to easily bring our luggage in. We ended up going out a bit late in the evening, but the large public bath was open until midnight, so we were able to enjoy a relaxing soak. It's conveniently located near the station. The hotel is a little old, and there weren't many electrical outlets, so I'm giving it four stars. The staff were all very kind, and I'd definitely like to stay here again.

GGuest UserGreat stay for a solo traveler! I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and had complete amenities — everything I needed was provided. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, there’s a convenience store right next door, which made it super easy to grab food and essentials anytime. What really impressed me was how quiet it was inside, even though it’s right by a city road. I barely heard any traffic noise, which made my stay even more relaxing. Highly recommended for solo travelers looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in the city. I would definitely come back.
