I think this hotel is pretty brand new hotel. Every amenities were new one. Hotel employees can speak english. It is very close to Tenmonkandori so comfortable to go anywhere in Kagoshima including the airport

Second time stayed at this hotel. Breakfast was good and it’s just opposite JR station. Convenient to go anywhere and will come back again!

Modern hotel with self check-in & out counter. Hotel is located in the downtown. Room is clean and tidy. Great stay.

Gave us the wrong room at first but then upgraded to a better room on 9th floor, which is nice. Washing machine/dryer is fast and very quiet. We liked the induction cooktop, which makes cooking quite enjoyable. You can see Sakurajima while laying on the daybed. Room is new and clean with high quality interior finish and fittings. Overall it's a very pleasant expereice. The only thing that can be improved is guest education. Kids staying upstairs kept jumping on the floor after 10:30pm. There should be signage reminding people to remain quiet at night time.

The bathroom is spacious and the room is clean. The staff are friendly, and the hotel is in a good location near the city centre.

I arrived after usual checkin hours but called ahead and staff was kind to put the instructions on the door for me. Comfortable for my stay.

We struck gold with this one. Amazing location, right by the main bus station and very near the Chuo train station. Super clean, comfortable and it has luggage storage that can be used for free for gusts who come too early or have extra time to explore after checking out.

Hotel services is good ,rooms view is facing sakuarjima, car park access is convenient ,staff are friendly ,breakfast is good, highly recommended if you are driving

I loved staying here!! It had such a great communal vibe to it. One of my favorite memories from traveling Japan is sitting at the low tables in the common area, eating a convenience store dinner and watching baseball on the tv. I was only there 3 nights but it felt like it would’ve been an easy place to settle into for a longer stay. There was a fridge and kitchen, two showers & toilets, laundry, luggage storage, lockers, etc. Very close to the train station. Rooms were clean, I felt like the staff did a great job on the upkeep. I would definitely recommend you stay here. The only thing to be aware of is that the mattresses are really thin so the sleeping surface feels really hard.
