Amazing
Wow, I’ve not been impressed with a hotel that caught me by surprise from the moment I entered the building/ room. My stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay was absolutely fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed each moment of my stay. From check-in, to a welcome message with fruits awaiting me in my room upon check-in, to the different services the hotel offers, like: shuttle for the nearest train station (which connects to the various lines that can help on your journey of exploring the city), exceptional amenities, room service, etc., I was beyond impressed. I’m just sad I did not get to access the rooftop bar, as the weather was not pleasant in the evening during my entire stay, so the bar was closed for safety. I plan to return to Tokyo for another holiday and stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo; you won’t regret it.

Wwanderwithzoeit’s a hotel that i would come back for more stays! it has shuttle services right at the hotel’s lobby to disneyland and disneysea. made travelling back from theme park really easy after a long tiring day! hotel is immaculate with many amenties like bathtub, bathhouse, hotel breakfast and 7-Eleven on the 2nd floor. walkable distance to Shin-Urayasu Station where AEON and many other malls/shops are there for meals and shopping.

Stay was good, rooms were clean with great amenities. Bus to Bayside station is free. Reception held our bags as we arrived before check-in and placed the bags in our room before we come back from Disneysea.

We enjoyed our stay very much here. The room is spacious and there is a Lawson right inside the hotel. There is not much within the surrounding but the hotel is accessible by bus no. 3 / 23 at Shin-Urayasu Station. The hotel offers coach bus to and from The Disneyland & DisneySea, which is convenient. The bus ride is around 25 minutes. The staff are all very friendly and professional. We would consider staying here next time!

GGuest UserThe hotel’s cleanliness is excellent, and the check-in staff are friendly. Can leave luggage before check in time. There are shuttle bus services (time refers to the hotel counter). Highly recommended for those visiting Disneyland or DisneySea. One area that could be improved is the shuttle bus queue announcement. Besides using the local language, it would be much better to include English as well, so that tourists from other countries can understand the instructions clearly.
