"Really nice hotel. Service was excellent from start to finish, with staff always polite and helpful. The lobby offers plenty of complimentary hygiene items—toothbrushes, combs, cream, hair ties, and more—which is a great touch. The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s Japanese-sized but well-designed and has everything you need, including a sleeping gown. They also use an eco-friendly cleaning system: full room cleaning every three days, with fresh towels left at your door daily. Our bathroom did have a slight humidity odour, and the sink showed some signs of age, but overall it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t affect the stay. Location was excellent—just a short walk to the metro, with many restaurants and convenience stores close by. Overall, a very good experience. Would recommend and would stay again."

"Outstanding customer service. The reception desk were friendly and accommodating. We appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggage with them before check in and after checking out. Location is near enough to the train station. Not too far to travel out to the main areas like Tokyo station or Ginza station. We enjoyed our room. Everything was clean and new. Breakfast was also included but we didn’t make it in time. I did get to enjoy their free coffee though. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Though the room is a bit small, it was clean and bed was comfortable. Great location as it’s walking distance away from the nearest train station & there is a lot of convenience stores / fast food restaurants nearby. Complimentary drinks at the lobby is a plus point 👍"

"The location is very accessible to metro train. The room is very clean. There is also unlimited coffee and drinks in cafeteria. Breakfast is also good. The staff are very accomodating and can speak english. I have a great stay in this hotel."
