"The hotel has convenient transportation, but due to its long history, it is still a bit old, but it is quite clean. There is no elevator, but the staff is very enthusiastic. There was something wrong with the door lock when we checked in, and they immediately helped us change to a new room~"

"The hotel is a bit old but clean, with good service. It's very close to the Hakkoda Mt. Ropeway, making it ideal for skiers. However, being located high in the mountains, the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city, so ski gear is necessary as it approaches autumn/winter. Also, due to shorter daylight hours, early check-in is recommended to avoid dark conditions at night."

"This hot spring hotel is located on the top of a mountain. And it takes around an hour of driving up the hill in order to get to the hotel, but the view is completely worth it, the stars at night was so beautiful. The hot spring outdoor was comfy as well. However, the hotel didn’t have elevator, so maybe it’s best that you pack a smaller luggage. The dinner was verrrryyyyyy good and fresh, and the Aomori Apple beer that they had was sooooo goood. The buffet style breakfast offer different kinds of food too from English to Japanese. One thing that we are not a fan of was the blue indoor wear that they offer, as it didn’t look good and look like a massage therapist. Haha"

"Mainly for passengers or skiers on the Bajiatian Mountain, just next to the Bajiatian Mountain Climbing Cable Car Station. The facilities are a bit old and there are many bugs at night. The staff are very friendly and attentive."

"Staff are friendly. Rooms are true to pictures as shown in booking page. I managed to get here with their city bus before picking up a rental car. There's a tonkatsu place just across the street. Convenient spot to settle in."

"Saw a vlog on the property. It lives up to the hype. I went with my teen. We enjoyed the walks. Thankful for the hotel shuttle…the walk alone to the only “halfway house” is 1.5h! Easiest to take shuttle to the end and walk back.  There were some negative reviews of the crush during meals which we didn’t experience, perhaps it’s not peak season? But one should use the QR code for booking your eating slot, it informs you on how many before and asks you to start going down to the restaurant when it’s one group before you; minimal wait time. We stayed for 2 nights: surprised that the mains at the live food stations were unchanged! It’s apple-themed! Appreciated the small attention to detail like having cold coffee brew and cold oolong tea on tap for the weather. And the rubber band for sleeves. The yukata provided in room is “F”= Free-size I believe. There are different sizes in the amenities corner by the lift. S fit me perfectly for 153cm tall. If you chose not to have daily cleaning of room, a small reusable bag with the new towels (which you have to bring to the onsen if using) will be hung on your doorknob. Service was great all around.  Only bug-bear was the inability to book a massage. The service only starts at 4pm and by then it’s fully booked for the day. Perhaps i should have booked online."
