"This is my second time revisit this hotel because of the excellent location. The hygiene was good and great responsiveness of the front desk staff.  However, it’s quite a different experience compared to my first visit last January where amenities (like toothbrushes) and post check out luggage keeping service are provided. Many of the  services are now being charged or travellers need to seek other alternatives (if the luggage lockers are full, you need to go to the station or currency exchange centres for services). I can understood the rationale behind but it was not as satisfied as my last visit. Overall it’s still a good option if you are looking for accommodation in seongsu"

"I booked the room a couple of days before checking in, as my plans changed. The room is small but very comfortable. The bed is large, with a comfortable mattress. The shower has everything you need. There's also a hairdryer, hair straightener, and a lighted mirror, which is a big plus for a woman! 👏🏻 There are common areas - a kitchen with free coffee and ramen, as well as washing and drying machines that you can also use for free! The only downside is the lack of an elevator, but I knew about that beforehand, so it's okay."
