"The location of this hotel is perfect; it’s just a 10-minute walk from both the central bus and train stations, and less than 15 minutes to the main tourist spots. I particularly liked that the closest malls are only 2 minutes away, with numerous restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, and the staff are nice and polite. I was also pleasantly surprised by the well-designed sauna and the 24-hour gym. However, we encountered an issue with the door lock to our room, which failed to open with our room cards. We reported this to the staff, who promised to fix it that day, but unfortunately, the lock remained broken until our checkout. As a result, we had to call security every time we returned to our room, which was quite annoying and prevented us from fully enjoying the hotel facilities since someone had to stay inside the room."
