"Pros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi. Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands."

"The good thing is that the location is close to Zocalo, parking is free, and the amount is small but breakfast is included. The improvement is that the parking lot is far away and the bathroom door is difficult to close, but I think it is reasonable because the price is cheap."

"Everything was great with the room, but be aware that since it's an interior room, there's only one window that lets in a little sunlight. If that's a problem for you, it's best to book an exterior room. It wasn't an issue for me since I was out all day, and it was already dark when I returned. The location is excellent, just steps from the convention center. I only have a couple of observations: - Regarding the housekeeping service: the first day I left the ”do not disturb” bow tie so they wouldn't come to clean while I went to breakfast, as I was going back to get ready before going out. I left the bow tie so they could come in; however, they didn't return it to the room. Also, the second day when they changed the towels, they didn't leave me a hand towel, only bath towels. - It took a long time to be served at breakfast on Saturday. I don't know if it was because it was a complimentary breakfast from the hotel or because they had two meetings and few guests, but it was quite annoying."

"The hotel itself is very nice. Good service and everything is clean. The street it's located on isn't very pretty; it's a bit quiet, but it's not far from the city center, which is good. It's worth booking in advance to get a better price."
