Hotels near Roqueta Island, Acapulco

Very beautiful views of the sea and Acapulco!

The overall is very good, but there is a problem with the faucet in the bathroom. Once it is turned on, it will spray out of the basin.

Todo en general muy bien, solo tengan cuidado con los del valet parking golpearon mi carro y no me dijeron, apenas me estoy dando cuenta.

Looking for all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz appeared as one that provided a lower cost compared to other hotels in Acapulco. Deciding to give them a try, we stayed at the Ritz for a week. The studio suite was a decent size, not too small but it isn't a very large room either. The room was cleaned quite nicely when I arrived. The staff treated me well, and helped me with my inquiries. One thing to note is that the Ritz is a bit of a distance from the airport, and it's not next to the beach, but it doesn't take too long to get to the places necessary to enjoy Acapulco. Overall, the Ritz can provide good value for money if you're looking for an all-inclusive resort in Acapulco.

The calm beach is the only positive aspect. Rooms are refurbished but poor workmanship. Check in was not very pleasant with tons of people fighting to get their rooms like tour groups. Food very mediocre and nearly everything buffet style. It is all inclusive but food quality very average and not very appealing.

Even though I booked a windowless room, it had air conditioning, no complaints at all.

The hotel is renovated and all the staff provide excellent service. However, during peak season, they should emphasize the rules more. Some guests don't respect the rules; they reserve tables, lounge chairs, palapas, and chairs for the entire day. They go into the pool wearing t-shirts, come out wet, go to the elevator or reception, and serve themselves excessive amounts of food without eating it. In my room, the bathroom door creaked excessively. The door to the stairwell also made a lot of noise, and my room was right next to it. When I made my reservation, I requested a room not near the elevator, and they assigned me a room right outside the elevator.

Unfortunately, the rooms are not as advertised. I think it was due to our particular circumstances that we stayed in rooms on the first level.... But everything was very good in terms of service and cleanliness ☺️

The hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. There are 2 pools but they are in different parts of the hotel. Room was larger than most in Mexico and had a small kitchen. All in it was a good place for the price.

Very good, good service, we were well looked after, and the hotel is in a strategic location.
