YYuzhongchuansuoThe room was a bit old, and the price was moderate. Being a Western hotel, they didn't provide slippers or toiletries, so you have to bring your own, and there's no breakfast. The only upside is its location right outside Auckland Airport's international departure terminal – you just step out and catch your flight.

HHZ HZThe hotel's location is highly desirable, offering convenient access to a wide array of dining establishments, particularly the numerous Korean restaurants situated on the upper section of Queens Street, directly across from the property. Despite the presence of multiple tourist groups, the room provided a comfortable and tranquil environment. My stay was significantly enhanced by the exceptional service provided by Oliver at the front desk, whose friendly demeanor and evident passion for his work were particularly noteworthy. I highly recommend seeking his assistance should you require any support during your visit.

VVisitingHad a really nice stay at Cordis. The bed was super comfy — one of those where you fall asleep instantly and wake up well-rested. The pool was on the smaller side, but still a pleasant spot to relax for a quick dip. The buffet was definitely a highlight with a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, with a comfortable room and great service. Would happily come back.

XxxyewonI loved that there was a famous gelato shop right next door! The location was fantastic, really close to the harbor and the city center. Having a washer and dryer in the room made my entire trip so convenient. The only small downside was a slight smell from the washing machine, but other than that, everything was great!

DDingjinmaiThe hotel facilities are excellent. It has a kitchen with cooking utensils and cutlery, so you can cook your own meals. Plus, you can enjoy the sunset over the Sky Tower right from your room. The location is truly outstanding.

YYYutravellerWe stayed in a family room, and overall the experience was great, except for the breakfast! It had two rooms with a kitchen, very spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff were also good.
The only downside was the breakfast service. On that day, there were two Korean tour groups, and they were seated before breakfast even officially started. We, as individual guests, were told there were no seats and asked to come back an hour later (breakfast was from 7 to 9 AM, and we arrived promptly at 7 AM). Since we didn't have time to wait an hour, we stood there waiting for a table. Eventually, the first group of over 40 people left, and then the second group of 20 arrived right after! The food wasn't refilled, nor were the paper cups or tea bags. The coffee machine was broken, and there was only one small home-style hot water dispenser, which was clearly insufficient for 50 people. The waiter then brought another electric kettle from somewhere, and when I poured hot water, I saw black flakes – I realized the iron heating element inside was rusty and flaking off... A lot of people had already drunk from it (it was terrifying). In the end, I only ate an apple and drank a cup of tea. There was only one server, nowhere near enough to manage two large tour groups. No one was clearing tables, and the situation for us individual guests was even worse.
Another plus was the free airport shuttle bus. So, apart from the breakfast experience, everything else was very good. Free parking was also available.

GGuest UserFriendly helpful service, unit was clean and tidy, bed was basic but comfortable. shelf for soap and shampoo etc would be helpful in the shower. external noise was easily heard within the unit.

GGuest UserAero Ak AP: It is a tired and inexpensive facility that has the essential items present ie. comfy mattress, clean, ironed sheets, effort made to present the room well, tv plus it has generous, off street parking. The service was pleasant. Restaurant available. No air-con, in-room plates, cutlery or microwave. Having a door to the verandah was a highlight.. They provide transport to get to the airport 14 minutes away. .

Hhuangbo2008Located opposite the Manukau bus station and train station, the transportation is convenient. The room is clean and tidy, and the kitchen can be used for cooking.
