SSAGERISTI recently had the pleasure of staying at a property with truly amazing amenities. The location is very accessible to AyalaMalls Manila Bay, making it convenient for shopping and dining activities. The hospitable personnel made the experience even more enjoyable, offering warm and attentive service throughout my stay.
The ambiance of the place is very pleasant, giving a sense of comfort and relaxation. I particularly appreciated the spacious room, which provided plenty of space to unwind and feel at home. Overall, this property offers a delightful combination of comfort, accessibility, and excellent service.

JJeNNiFFer04A bit crowded due to the season and group bookings, so check-in took a while, which was understandable.
The view from our room is currently a construction site, and there are no nearby convenience stores, but that was okay.
Mother enjoyed her complimentary birthday cake and the breakfast.
Both rooms were nice, and the amenities and services were great. Too bad we weren’t able to use the sauna or the gym. Maybe next time.

AAurora -Aircon: No aircon noise at all which is great (this is absolutely important if you are noise sensitive), room facilities work well
Rooms: The room is bright, clean, cosy and homely. Their single sized bed is so spacious, it can sleep 2 people! The only downside for me is that the rooms are not very soundproof so you can hear the staff when they are communicating and cleaning in the morning or if someone is talking loudly next door however when I feedbacked to the staff they were responsive with the attitude to ensure lower noise, thank you
The shower cubicle also does not have a door so the water may flow out a little however it will still be drained out within the toilet if you get what I mean
I love that they have a small kitchen with induction cooker, with pans and utensils and a microwave which was a pleasant surprise! Hotel owner is generous👍🏻
However, after we left dirty dishes in the sink, I notice the staff did not wash the empty dishes and we had to inform them to do so as I thought it'll be done with room service.
Location: Super near airport. Took a grab on a weekday afternoon during the holy week to airport and when the driver used the highway, arrived in 5 minutes.
Nearby ammenities: Ayala mall is just 5 min walk away which is so convenient, has food court and restaurants and has 2 supermarkets there too.
Water: They even provide unlimited free glass bottled water which is very worth it for the price and decent service
Service: They use a whatsapp system to communicate with the staff and they respond quickly which is great
View: Remember to request for a pool view balcony as its relaxing and gives a resort vibe :)
Across the street you can find a western vibe coffee and pastry takeout stall, a few places that are also open for supper, a convenience store and a gas station

Wwanderer0112The hotel was outstanding from the outside, and so as inside. It’s convenient to visit the Ayala Malls Manila Bay which is just opposite to it. Rooms were superb and the birthday amenities is really good.
Breakfast is mediocre, not something I will look forward to, unlike my other trips.
The only downside is that you need to cross the whole ****** full of cigarette smell every time you want to go to the mall nearby, or to go to the breakfast place.

CC.D.GWe had a great stay.. nice room.. hope they provide separate towels in the pool area rather than using the room towels.. the room is not sound proof as we hear noises of children in the corridor. They should separate those guest having children from the couples.. also they run out of water pitcher when we ask water.. food were good when we order room service..there’s quite an odor in the bathroom area but did not bother us.

GGuest from RussiaThis was our second time here, which speaks volumes about how much we appreciate this place. The staff, as always, are incredibly welcoming, attentive, responsive, and friendly. The hotel is located right by the sea in a safe area with security and CCTV surveillance. There's no crime, loitering, or strangers on the street; it's very quiet and peaceful. The room is clean and spacious, with a view of the sea and a shopping mall. The air conditioning is quiet. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven store with all the essentials and snacks. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, you'll find a laundry room and a cafe. Seafood restaurants with sea views are within walking distance. Ayala Malls and SM are a short ride away, and there's a free shuttle bus available. Highly recommend!

MOA - great for morning walk / exercise, back and forth
Only downside - you can hear people moving and talking outside your room, sometimes bathroom will smell of smoke (possibly from the exhaust)
Lobby - warm and welcoming
Employees - all respectable
Room - clean, cozy, relaxing
Table space - great specially for those who are working
Room Wifi - can be a bit unstable but overall great connection, choose 5g option for a more stable connection
Bed - king size with 4 pillows and warm duvet cover
2 sofa bed - can make larger beds with two sofa beds available in the room (you can request them to arrange this before your check in)
Bathroom - clean, warm and cold water, with hair dryer, towels can be replaced upon request for additional cost, standard set for hygiene care (toothbrush, toothpaste)
Fridge - available, just need to plug it in when you arrive
TV - only cable channel, no netflix or other streaming app
Safety deposit box - available
Swimming Pool - not heated, very cold, great in summer or hot weather
Breakfast - Buffet, a few selection but has appetizers (salad, fruits), main dish, desserts, drinks, coffee, cereals. Overall great food.

Ggabbie_This was our third stay at Kingsford, and once again, we had a great experience. We booked a Superior Twin Room, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although we weren’t assigned a city-view room this time, the relaxing river view was just as lovely. We’re hoping to get a higher-floor room on our next visit. We also enjoyed spending time at Zabana Bar in the lobby, which has a charming retro vibe. The poolside bar was another highlight, and the atmosphere was relaxing, the drinks were excellent, and being beside the pool made the experience even more enjoyable. We also tried the restaurant, and we were impressed by how spacious, cozy, and elegant it was. Special thanks as well to the nurse who was available 24/7 and promptly attended to our medical needs. Their care and assistance made our stay even more comfortable and reassuring.

AAnonymous UserLocation to PITX (and thus, airport) is so convenient. Pool is nice, just check the times its operating. (Same as with the Gym) As for the room, its mostly nice apart from the TV being all-mandarin (use a dongle if you want youtube!), Wifi randomly dropping at times (and the 5G band being extremely unreliable), aircon remote randomly not working, some paint job being chipped away at the far side of the room beside the balcony, and the shower ceiling randomly having a temporary cardboard job.
Service was nice, though I highly recommend buying some airtime to your number, as you either need that or doing the whole song and dance of going to the lobby and back up, and as with me having others in my journey meant that I always ask the security to tap his card to get back to my floor. Speaking of security, there’s a baggage scanner installed near the elevator lobby, so be mindful of that.
I chose the option with no food, so we went instead to a hot pot restaurant at the ground floor. There’s also some parking outside.
City Center Executive is part of the whole Imperial Plaza Residences complex, so on top of everything that I mentioned in this review, be extra mindful of the residents and try not to bother them.

GGrace TionkoI had a comfortable stay, and the location was very convenient when traveling from Batangas to Nichols Hotel, and from Nichols Hotel to NAIA Terminals 1 and 2. Public transportation to Terminals 1 and 2 passes directly in front of the hotel. It is also easy to go to Baclaran Church and travel back to Batangas.
Just a minor feedback regarding cleanliness: I noticed a few small roaches, and the bathroom floor was slippery, possibly due to some cleaning residue
