"Amazing hotel with fantastic service. The lobby to the hotel is vast, grand and extremely clean and well maintained. All reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was superbly clean and very well presented and large. The bed was so comfortable. Dressing gowns and slippers provided). The Gym was free to use anytime and the Spa was very nice and for the price (£5 per hour per person) was a fantastic price. The breakfast choice was vast with hot food, cold meats and cheeses, salads, breads, pancakes and other cakes, coffee, teas and various cold juices. The hotel is very well located right next to the Old Town Square which has plenty of restaurants and bars for a good night out. A perfect stay and I would 100% stay there again. 5 out 5 for me and would advise anyone looking to stay in Wroclaw to stay here. You certainly wouldn't be disappointed."

"A lovely hotel, staff very friendly. Had the option of not having our room cleaned daily when we checked in. Which we liked. Check in was quick and easy. The room was a good size and comfortable. The only downside was our room was situated on the road side and they tend to have a problem with boy racers."

"The first thing to point out is the great location: right in the heart of the city, in front of Wrocław's iconic town hall (visible from the windows of the ”common room” on the 3rd floor, see my photos). Despite the area being almost constantly busy with tourists, we didn't hear any noise from our room, which faced the inner courtyard. The room, on the 2nd floor, was tiny but sufficient. The common kitchen is equipped with a fridge. The showers are of push-button type, each dose annoyingly short, and the cabins are small and have no clothes hangers. You need a strategy to avoid your things get wet, or keep them outside the cabin. No elevators in the building. The whole place (except the classy common room) is slightly shabby and could be tidier and cleaner, but it is a clean and decent hostel overall. Upon checking out, we were able to keep our luggage in the hostel until the evening, for which we are very grateful."
