"The hotel address is bad. The hotel address is wrong. Not only on trip.com but also on taxi apps like grab. The taxi driver helps us to find a hotel because the address is wrong. The correct address is the bread and butter. The hotel lobby is on the 7th floor. The hotel is on the busy cross road so it is a little loud if you have room with a city view. The location is perfect but the wifi signal is weak in some rooms. The biggest advantage of the hotel is downstairs restaurant which is one of the best in the city. The price is very affordable compare to Bangkok Thailand"

"In General I will recommend the Sanouva Hotel Staff -all are polite and friendly , thanks to Ngoc ,Dat , phuoc , Qusng Buy, a malevstaff who always greeted us in simple Chinese words and I did not know his name , and massage therapist Loan Breakfast - multiple varieties and changed every day Afternoon tea - free from 3-4:30 pm Location -close to Han River, Han Market Room -spaciouz , sound insulation good , provided amenities and 2 Bottles of water daily"
