晚上到達，老闆出來接我們的。三層的小樓，環境安靜，房間很大，設施齊全，被品舒適！潦溪橋村的清晨裏溜達10分鐘來隔壁遊埠村吃充滿人間煙火的早茶，滿足了！

定的時候衹有一間了，但是民宿很新很乾凈，出乎意料的滿意，老闆很熱心善良帶我們找地址，服務真的很貼心，幫我們解決了很多問題，看得出來是很樸實的一家，周邊環境也很安靜不吵，設施很齊全！

去遊埠古鎮吃早茶，就住蘭溪張家民宿！房間乾淨整潔衞生有條不紊，周邊環境安逸清新不吵鬧，步行去遊埠古鎮早茶街衹要10分鐘，店家服務周到熱情，期待下次重逢！

奉勸各位，謹慎入駐！
非常糟糕的出差住宿體驗，因為險些拿不到發票。離開時，老闆説，想要發票聯繫他兒子。但是，聯繫他兒子，電話通了讓輸入訂單後4位，然後提示輸入錯誤後掛斷。電話老闆，老闆説，沒有發票，想要發票聯繫他兒子。
然而他兒子的電話永遠打不通，成了死循環。最後，衹好向攜程投訴解決。
1、地理位置：距離熱鬧的景區比較遠，雖然很安靜，但是不開車的話，很不方便
2、住宿條件：雖然有窗簾，但是衞生間的門是磨砂玻璃，正對着床，早上很亮影響睡眠，對不想早起的人很不友好；房間門也隔音很差！
3、硬件設施：床單滑溜溜的，感覺不是純棉材質，和皮膚接觸很不舒服！
4、關於服務：老闆不太會説普通話，電話溝通極其困難！
