What can I say!! Just the most relaxing environment. I stayed in block 2, it was a lovely clean, well presented apar**ent. Everything you could ever need, cleaned 5/7 and towels also. Staff were so friendly. Your own terrace and little garden I had sun all day long. It was peaceful and the surrounding area is also quiet and very clean. Restaurants around do some amazing food too. I shall be back next year Las Gaviotas, you hold a special place in my heart. Thank you for doing what you do.

Just returned from our second visit here (first was 2016). Really enjoyed this place and the whole of matagorda. Emailed few days before arriving and requested the same property as our first visit and they did not disappoint. The property was as remembered but updated bathroom. Its located about 100 metres from an arcade of shops bars and restaurants but is so quiet. There is a pool and pool bar which is lovely. Greated by very friendly lady at reception and check in was polite and speedy and informative. We were driven round to our property and assisted with our luggage. Property was clean and welcoming. It is well kept throughout our stay by very friendly cleaning staff. We would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing stay. Its a short transfer from the airport and is great for watching planes come in to land. It really is a great base to stay in Lanzarote.

Literally just stepped back into my house after having 14 days at these apar**ents. We were in block 8, fab clean apar**ent with sun most of the day. Nice pool. Pool bar has just opened, big shout out to Michael who is running it. Snacks available and most drinks you could possibly want. He is such a warm and hospitable guy who deserves success. Please say hello to him. Lastly thanks to Rose on reception. Helped us with any queries we had. Cant wait to rerurn

Welcoming receptionist willing to help wherever possible. Overall a clean and tidy place to stay. Apar**ents vary from bath or shower one or two bedrooms.kept clean everyday by friendly local staff. Apar**ents have everything you need but are very tired and in need of modernization and the floors are very slippery when wet . A mat was asked for and provided for the shower floor. Only one pool heated, up to may 1st other very cold and have a strange glass surround with doors to go through to get in the water , not the best idea in case of emergencies. Restaurant didn't seem to be frequented much and closed late afternoon. Food price cheap but didn't try any due to nearby bars and restaurants . Direct level access to the promenade and sea front. Yes only a 8 minute drive to the airport so some noise from aircraft is to be expected , end of runway a short still away for aircraft enthusiasts.. look out for the F18 hornets that are based at arrecife. I would return because of the level access and closeness to bars and restaurants but would love to see the apar**ents modernized

We have stayed here for the last two years and found it ideal, very quiet and close to restaurants and shops. The only thing I can knock it on is the wifi, it connected the first day but never worked, I mentioned it to reception but nothing was done. Didn’t spoil our holiday and will be back next year 2025. Great stay at Las Gaviotas apar**ents. Very spacious and clean. Michael at the bar in block 8 is fantastic! We stayed as a group of 6 (3 couples in 3 seperate apar**ents) and we requested to be close to one another which was granted and all next door to each other, thank you! Pool great size (wish it was more shallow when stepping in as straight into deep end). Couple of minutes walk to the main square with lots of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets and the beach! €5 in a taxi to puerto del Carmen for more hustle and bustle. Would stay again if returning to the area.

We’ve stayed in these bungalows many times over the last 24 years and never disappointed. The bungalows have gradually been upgraded and are adequately equipped and comfortable, each with its own little garden area and sun beds. Ideal if you want a quiet, peaceful location away from the busy areas. Clean and tidy with staff, who are always helpful whether it be in reception, cleaning or maintenance. We’re already booked in for two more holidays! Our second home! Thanks to everyone and especially Olga and Rose in reception and our cleaner, Laura. See you again soon.

My friend and I were allocated room 16 in block 8 which was just a short walk away to the shopping centre and beach. It had a big patio with distance views to the sea. Nice deep pool with the lovely Hannah running the pool bar. We also visited block 3 which had a smaller quieter pool. No issues with the apar**ent which was cleaned regularly. I asked for extra pillows and these were delivered promptly. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

We arrived on 15th March for a weeks stay. I had, had to email the hotel prior to arrival due to an accident and wearing a leg brace, so long walks being difficult. They recommended block 2. Upon arrival the friendly receptionist remembered my injury and asked how I was, which was a nice touch. She then arranged for us to be taken to our bungalow which was in block 2 a 1 minute walk to the beach and to the shops/bars and restaurants. All staff were so helpful during our stay, and made it a really relaxing break. the bungalow was well equipped and so clean. Thank you for a fantastic holiday, I am already looking at booking in for next year!
