I always use this place when I'm in Mactan Newtown. Overall, I'm very satisfied, but this time, I couldn't get through to the front desk, there was a power outage, towels weren't left after room cleaning, the air conditioning was acting up, and one of the elevators was out for repair, causing huge crowds. Despite all this, the service is great, and I absolutely love it overall. Even with the chaos, the staff are always kind, and I'll definitely keep coming back. It's just a shame that the facilities are showing their age; that's the only downside.

location is great! unit size is also great for its price. but the place needs some renovation. the facilities and amenities were not very well maintained. generally, good for its price, but could have been better. :)

Hotel had a good location and had so much potential to be better than it was
Upon check in the room looked not to have been cleaned properly, masses of dust had accumulated on top of the fridge over time, from what I can only assume was from not been cleaned on any room service cleans prior, same with the bathroom extractor unit , covered in dust , both shown in the images attached.
Room had scuff marks and stains of the table, balcony area was dirty and clearly never been cleaned, microwave had seen better days and furniture was in need of replacing or a good clean.
Room had no hot water so could not shower, was reported twice and whilst it was fixed on the 2nd call out, water was lukewarm at best .
Only shampoo was given but no shower gel.
The pool area you are entitled to use a maximum of 2 hrs a day, you rove even need 5 minutes , the area is in need of a maintenance overhaul and is a danger zone waiting to happen, was advised they do have a maintenance team which begs the question , where are they.
Firstly not one sun longer was out by the pool
So there was nowhere to leave any of your stuff, when asked I was advised ohh due to an earlier storm we removed them all, strange as not one other hotel in the area had done this as I visited 3 of them prior, all had loungers out. Plus the stom was no longer around so if it’s safe enough to open the pool why isn’t it safe enough to have loungers.
The sheer mention of them quoting health and safety at the pool area yuh was ironic as the pool area is its self a disaster waiting to happen, Floor area tiles around the pool were very loose and sticking out, sharp corners raised edges , many pool tiles missing, it’s only a matter of time before someone hurts themself, can be seen in the attached photos
If I come back I’ll choose the area just not the hotel.

I like how the hotel receptionist are warm and welcoming. The room is also clean and spacious. A suggestion is that there should be a slipper and towel for guest. And bell should be alert whenever there are guest arriving specially if they have many and heavy things because when we arrive for check in it was just us ladies who pushed the cart and mind you it has stairs to enter the front desk. A little kindness won’t hurt. Overall place was nice just put effort on customer service. That would really help.

Toilet flush is not working and have to go to the other room if we need toilet and have to call maintenance at 3am bec of this issue. Aircon noisy as well

The place is great, but there's some spot needs to be clean. They had a japanese washlet but it's broken.

This is our fourth time to stay in this area of Mactan Lapu-Lapu. Each time we have stayed in the same building but in different condo units. The area is great and is developing every time we have visited. Very close to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. Staff were friendly and helpful but there were a few occasions I had to call the lobby or go to the front desk to remind them about things. The apartment building is getting older needs a lot of maintenance, the cracks on the wall weren’t as much of a big issue but the shower wasn’t secured to the wall properly, the glass door made a loud cracking sound every time we closed or opened it, the shower/ bath made the floor wet this caused the water to get under the tiles and move the tiles when I stepped on them. The water drainage was slow that I would be standing in a bath while having a shower, there were chips along the brown panel around the bottom of the wall. Rust on some of the things in the condo too. The pool also had titles missing and two panels of the glass which I had noticed when we had stayed two years ago hadn’t been fixed. The lounger chairs we had previously experienced replaced with uncomfortable chairs and tables.

Quiet aircon and no noise from corridors , pool great and Netflix on tv , value for money and next to 2 luxury hotels with pools under contraction joist aircon and no Netflix on tv or screen share for I phones ,Stay here and save ur money for food and trips out

We stayed here for 5 nights. We arrived 4am from a long flight, and was at room 9A. We have noticed a small cockroach but due to being so tired from travel, we got rid of it and managed to sleep the whole day.
On the 2nd night, around midnight, I have noticed the tiny cockroaches were more and more on the kitchen, wardrobe, bed area, toilet, even on the hallways from the elevator towards our room. We’ve not even dare to eat inside the room due to the cockroach, and we chose to always eat out. So I had to complain and request to move to another room at the reception desk that night. The staff said they were fully booked and so we had to wait in the morning around 10am until 2pm when a room will be cleaned after someone checks out. Of course we don’t have a choice but to wait and just tolerate the coackroaches in room 9A - I could not sleep anymore. When morning came, we have waited for a call from the reception if our next room to transfer is ready, as I thought we’d be prioritized as we have complained for cockroaches in our room. But I’ve not receive any call in the morning. So I phoned them at 1pm to verify if our request from last night has been passed on, and the staff confirmed but it has been noted that our transfer time will be 2pm. We did not want to cause trouble so we waited.
We were transferred to room 8E after 2pm, we saw 1 cockroach on the entire 3 more nights we’ve stayed in that hotel. The cleaner was very honest to us and said he knows that room 9A had cockroaches, and even said only that room has infestation.
So we were not happy about it at all. It was already known that room 9A had cockrochaes, why was that room still being offered to us. Why would they not deep clean or fumegate, and make sure there is no infestation.
Also, there was a typhoon during our stay so the swimming pool and beach were closed.
The location is good for this hotel, but the cleanliness is not good due to cockroach infestation. I would not come back on this hotel to be honest. It’s making me worry so much that cockroaches might go into our luggage or bags or clothes, and we might bring them anywhere we go.

Really nice place. Big space for a family. And had a nice view also. But would like to recommend to use the dryer since most of the guests will use the pool and bringing wet clothes is really inconvenient. But all in all nice place for a cozy stay for family
