"Se parece más a un hostel que a un hotel, excepto que no compartes habitación. Para una o dos noches aceptable.
Servicio agradable pero poco eficiente. Agua caliente muy bien. El uso de un código para entrar es práctico. Puedes usar cocina, lavadora, frigo comunitario.
El baño estaba fuera de la habitación; no se especificaba en la reserva (reserva de habitación ”standard”). La TV no funcionaba. La habitación tenía un olor no muy agradable. Se escuchaba mucho al resto de personas alojadas por la mañana. La habitación no contaba ni siquiera con una percha para colgar la toalla a excepción del armario. Es necesario pagar un extra para que limpien la habitación (creo que 6€). La tapa del asiento del wc no se corresponde con la medida del wc, lo que no es muy higiénico... Las lámparas no tienen interruptor, hay que enchufarlas y desenchufarlas para encender y apagar."

I had made a reservation with you for which I paid 70.75 euros, which corresponded to a room for 3 adults. When I arrived, they told me that I had to pay 25 euros for the third person, because they only had a double room. I hope that you will refund me what you owe me.
