The hotel is located next to the Potala Palace, convenient to attractions and transportation. The room facilities are good and oxygen is provided free of charge for two hours. The breakfast, as shown in the picture, is rich in variety among its level. A welcome drink is also set up at the front desk, and the lobby is designed in a Tibetan style. When we checked in, the front desk patiently introduced us to the tourist attractions and hotel facilities. What a great experience.

The price and location are really impressive. It is very close to the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple. It is so convenient. As a Hampton Inn, the lobby is very grand and has a Tibetan style. I personally like the reading area in the lobby. I can go there after breakfast. Especially suitable for waiting for companions. The room has floor heating and oxygen, which is really friendly for tourists. There are beautiful local Tibetan ladies at the front desk, and there is also a handsome guy who is very down-to-earth. Although it is a chain brand, it really has ethnic characteristics. Overall, I recommend it to those who come to travel. The price is suitable in all aspects.

I saw that the bed, shower, and regulating valve were all replaced with new ones, so I asked. Check if all the waiters are all right. After a day of busy work outside, I don’t want to move anymore. After taking a short break, I went to take a shower and I’m still very satisfied. I didn’t expect the hotel to be very active in solving the problem. The general manager of the hotel knew that I was back, and he personally delivered fruit to me and apologized. Although it was a bit unpleasant this time, I am very satisfied with the attitude of the hotel and the general manager, but I still suggest that the hotel should check the facilities and equipment more in the future to avoid affecting the guest experience.
