"Excellent customer service.
The gentleman in the evening shift who looked after me was very wonderful. My hotel room was just perfect. Very comfortable mattress. Very cozy. The view of the Lincoln Cathedral was fantastic. The bar staff were very friendly. All the staff members were very professional and polite. The breakfast staff looked after me very well.
There was an intermittent problem with the shower controls that I forgot to mention at the hotel.
Room no. 350.

"First impression it could do with make over every where seened tired sticky to touch. Room was large but basic no shower, but could look past that. But local good for bars, club and restaurants. Also free parking one site. However at midnight the fun began the noise outside was horrendus shouting swearing we had no sleep from midnight till five am then we had a dog crying and someone trying to use a key safe very loudly. Tried to have a bath in the morning, water very hot but cold came out as a trickle had to use the kettle to filter Cold water from basin. On the plus side bedding was lovely and room warm and comfy.But unfortunately WOULD not be returning. Will definitely book alternative."

"We choose this hotel as it was close to where our friends live. We booked 3 double rooms and even though we weren’t in them for long, they were lovely and clean. Staff weee super nice and friendly
The location wasn’t too bad as we could travel to where we wanted to go. The windmill was a great place to eat and for a good price too."

"Very ordinary hotel, the location is good, in the city center, next to the restaurant street, walking to the castle and transportation is very convenient.We arrived a little early and couldn't check in. We had to wait until 3:00 to check in. The hotel breakfast was not bad,the dining environment was good and the style was modern and fashionable."

GGuest UserExcellent hotel and location in Lincolns historic and cultural centre. Warm, friendly attentive staff. Nothing too much trouble. Our room was immaculately presented. Nice touches with bottle still and spring North Wales waters plus a couple of chocolate chip cookies wrapped in brown parchment to take home. We opted to dine in the restaurant in the evening. Excellent rib eye steak and, my wife's fish dish hit the mark as well. Breakfast next morning tasty, hot traditional English breakfast. Only minor detail they forgot our orange juice and some cutlery for our cereal. All in all a high class stay. We'll recommend Ed.

Sslick rickMe and my partner stayed here on 15th October for 1 night and for the price( £150) I was shocked at how grubby the hotel was. There was also an unpleasant smell through the hotel hallways, it is in need of an overhaul and decorating. very dated rooms and the bathroom was disgusting. The location was spot on for us. I really expected more from this hotel but you live and learn. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any of my friends. Shame really as its in a beautiful location.
