Close to Guilin North Railway station but cannot locate it in Didi using the hotel name. It was a real struggle to find it in the maps and should register it as Park Inn Hotel. The staff who entertained me needs to improve her customer service over the phone. Not friendly for foreigner who has poor Chinese language. The first room they gave has a problem with the room lock and must check it often before giving it to clients. On a good note, they have helped us change into a new room. Also, it also clean and smells fresh and new.
