設施：老派五星級酒店，設施齊全，房間乾淨無異味。空間大，不壓抑。有浴缸，玩累了放鬆很合適。
衞生：衞生很棒，毛巾乾淨且柔軟，床單被子枕套等都乾淨無異味。
環境：園林式環境，有花有草有樹，可以逛逛。靠近王家大院。美中不足的是周圍沒有什麼商業，但是出來玩也不是逛店的問題不大。
服務：服務體貼熱情，接送站服務很貼心。周圍景區不容易打車，還主動提供合作的司機的聯繫方式，方便我們可以按平價打車。

五一假期回來後忘記點評了，這次五一假期帶着爸媽和孩子在山西玩了四天，住的三個酒店都不錯，不過給我印象最好的就是咱們靈石宏源了，衞生乾淨、前台服務超讚，住房還贈送了洗浴票，洗去了旅途中的勞累，並且下高速就到，交通便利，距離王家大院也是超近，下次去依然還會選擇咱們酒店，值得推薦！

飯店很大，房間也不小，設施齊全，很乾凈，環境象是在花園裡。尤其是是服務更是沒説的，非常好；舉一個簡單的例子，本人由於感覺住的很舒適又續訂了一天，但中午接到服務員電話退房重訂可以享受優惠，這種全心全意為顧客着想的精神讓我非常感動。䃼充一句，這家飯店位置非常好，到王家大院、綿山非常近而且方便。下次來山西一定還住這裏。

回北京途中，下高速幾分鐘就到，離王家大院很近的一個園林式酒店，佔地面積很大，晚飯散步一直到後面的假山和水潭（可惜很久沒打理，已荒廢）。酒店大堂很氣派，各級服務也很好，客房面積超大，5分給服務，環境和衞生，4.5分給設施，我感覺應該要重新裝修了，紗窗一個是壞的，衞生間淋浴房地漏不好，反水，客房的書桌缺少一個枱燈，酒店性價比還是挺高的。可能因為建成時間早，設施有些是要更換了，否則這麼好的酒店有點可惜。作為5星酒店，沒有現磨咖啡，早餐也有點簡陋。表揚一下前台服務，給我延長了退房時間。餐廳服務員服務也很好。

酒店環境很好，各種設施齊全，原以為比較偏，其實不遠就有吃飯賣東西的街道，可以問服務員，都很熱情的幫解答。房間整潔乾淨，五一出來玩一家三口住的，小朋友很喜歡。

酒店掛牌五星，雖説開業時間長了，但是畢竟是五星，對的起節假日的房價，一個縣城有這麼性價比高酒店就不錯了，停車也方便。
