Fantastic location for what was needed for our short visit , staff were friendly at the reception and the house keeping staff. Overall the room was clean and modern looking, however what was a disappointment was that the bed was very poor in my experience for hotels as it had a strange hard mattress which they fitted with two bed toppers to compensate I guess. (See pic below) Also the pillows were uncomfortable for me, because of synthetic style pillows. I find they get hot very quickly and one wasn’t an enough or two was to much as all the inside part goes to the side. Only two pillows provided, with additional spare pillow in a bag with no pillow case which I had to ask for and no hand towels which I thought was strange. Overall I would I recommend the hotel if you don’t mind what I mention about the sleeping side. Thank you.

the breakfast is good. The room is clean and I love the wood floor and I have a comfort and quiet stay. Friendly and lovely hotel and I would definitely visit again

The place is highly dilapidated, albeit established at a convenient location and staffed by friendly receptionists.

This hotel is very dirty with a strong bad smell. Can’t sleep at night. Service was not good

Lovely hotel with affordable price. The location is very good, very close to the underground. It seems very safe it this area.

Wr arrived at 13.50 to see if we could drop bags off,after 5 muns of them not finding my booking we were told we could check in straight away as there was rooms ready! Result,the foyer was spotlessly clean and great decor and furnishings. 3 lifts and very quick to arrive. Room was plenty for a night stay, and wet room was huge. Only downside was needing more teabags and milk but we asked in morning and giving more. Great food menu though we did not eat as already had plans. Highly recommend.

Located near Southwark underground. Just 3 min walk. It is also near to Waterloo Station, which is 5 min walk. Strategic location.

Quiet and clean overall. Good value for money, very near underground station Southwark and just few minute walk from Waterloo station. It’s within walking distance from London Eye, London Bridge etc.

Location is ok. No frills place. Great for non fussy travellers

Overall a nice hotel. Location is decent as it’s not smacked in the middle of busy areas where it can get very expensive, but close enough still to get to the popular places and attractions. Nearby food street (has Flat Iron Steak) with convenience mart also helps.

Leisure travelling, great value for money! Nice location, very near to Southwark tube station.

The ceiling of Room 1220 is a little scratchy, which is not a good look. At first glance, I thought it was the remains of a leaking roof.

The hotel's free WI-FI is very smooth and deserves praise! The location is good, less than 10 minutes by taxi to the British Museum and 20 minutes to London Euston Railway Station. The bed in the room is very warm, the temperature is 7-11 degrees and not cold at all
