I renewed my room in the morning, but when I went back in the evening, the room card could not be opened and the room was not cleaned. I went to the front desk to change the room. Even though the room size was different, the room was still not cleaned. There were unknown water stains on the toilet🤮🤮🤮

The new store opened in August this year has several food stalls downstairs and is relatively remote. The night light always lights up by itself at night, which affects sleep very much. At one o'clock in the morning, someone knocked on the door twice. It was very unsafe and I had to wait for several hours to ask for something to be delivered.

The price/performance ratio is very high, and the environment, facilities and services are all very good. It is highly recommended and very clean.

It's really hard to imagine that this is a four-star hotel. We arrived at about 8 o'clock late. When we entered the hotel, it was pitch black, smelled of unpleasant foot odor, and there was only one front desk. When I got to the room, I was tired after walking for a day. I took off my shoes and stepped on the carpet. There was a nail stuck in it, and I woke up! The decoration in the room is really rubbish, and the decoration smells huge. We chose the price that included breakfast, but we had to go to the canteen 100 meters away for breakfast. It was really rubbish. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

The environment is very good, the waiter's attitude is very good, the new hotel is very new and has no odor. I had a good rest and will stay here next time.

Longli is a good hotel. It deserves a thumbs up. However, the road signs for entry and exit are not clear enough. It took two detours to find it. There are many places to eat outside. The breakfast is too monotonous. Hope it can be improved.
