Have a very good rest in DeRUCCI Resort!Thanks for attentive services! In particular, I would like to thank 燕怡 for upgrading our room free. A few good details: the charging cable can be used directly; wifi can be directly connected in a large range; the private bubble pool was unforgettable.
Every employee I saw was in good shape of course.

服務很好，硬件設施不錯，免費幫我升級了房型，小孩子很喜歡，有免費小童遊樂場，免費半小時遊船，還贈送了遊戲幣，在電玩城夾到了娃娃！推薦！泡池很多，下雨可以去溶洞，泡池附近有小吃，服務送水送毛巾太貼心了！下次還會再來！

很好的一個温泉酒店!地處山谷，穿過蜿蜒的小山路，來到這邊像是世外桃源，非常舒適安靜，周邊空氣環境也好。有農場花海，可惜遇上雨季，沒能觀賞到。房間內部設計很大，早餐是西餐自助，出品還算挺多，味道也不錯。温泉區電梯下去步行一小段就到了，溶洞温泉很有特色，服務員熱情幫忙遞水問候，洗浴很舒適乾淨。全程有管家服務，小郭熱情細心，介紹了酒店的風光，這次出行體驗很好，推薦帶家人一起過來遊玩放鬆，主打一個休閑，泡温泉，身心都愉悦。

從門口到大堂到房間，十分滿意👍
我鎖定了這家酒店，還下單了多一次優惠套餐準備下次來用
室內外的泳池温泉都不錯
可能5.1過後人不多，所以沒有人擠人
環境乾淨整潔高級
還延遲退房，前台服務100分
唯一讓我意外的驚喜
室內游泳結束以後打算直接回房間洗澡，披着藍色的（泳池提供的毛巾）直接按電梯🛗
突然被工作人員攔下，硬生生拿走我們的毛巾，説要去登記，不能拿走:-）
我們兩穿着濕噠噠的泳衣，從2樓到5樓，從1號電梯走到最裡麪的房型（走8分鐘）
真的又尷尬又冷🥶又濕噠噠的

服務：酒店工作人員都很熱情，都會主動問好，有需求物品很快送到房間。
衞生：乾淨整潔，能看到的都很乾凈
環境：四面環山，在南崑山腳下，空氣清新舒適宜人。
設施：我們是五一假期去的，適合小朋友的節目、遊戲比較多，希望水上樂園再多一點適合小朋友玩的就更好。
