The worst place I ever been in my life and will not recommend anyone stay here!!I had 2 adults and 1 child! It was extremely cold and our heater DID NOT WORK!! Upon leaving we could not pay with another card even though when we got there ED said we could. The morning guy said, ”Dont mind Ed hes new and doesn't know what hes talking about we dont do that!” the tv had scratches on it, it looked like someone peed in the toilet and didnt flush! The beds are small, the window was cracked and didnt notice until checkout which is why it was extremely cold! The bath mat was rolled up not in the bath tub... that's not my job! We asked Ed if we didnt like the room can we get a refund he said, ”no he can only change rooms.” He also said the rooms didnt smell when it actually smelled like someone was smoking in it and mold!! When I called about the heater he also said ”he could move me rooms to one 4 doors down and the maintenance guy wont be in until 11pm that's gonna be late for you.”My kid was sleep and he proceeded to tell me ”it's going to be a cold night!” The parking sucks this hotel sucks! When i went to the sorriest free breakfast the morning staff just looked at me no good morning or smiles. The food was nasty the drink machine was gross!! When I asked for a manager he said he ain't available on Sundays! The halls smell like ********* the walls are paper thin and can hear sexual intercourse upstairs and the conversations on Both sides of the room. One of the steps is tied with a string and some cords.

The older reviews are really bad so I assume the hotel is under new ownership because the hotel rooms have been completely upgraded. While the outside still looks a little run down (but not trashy), the rooms are clean and remodeled. The beds have the double sheets rather than the nasty comforters. The front desk was very nice and helpful. Good location right off of PCH. I travel a lot and I would say this hotel great deal for the price.

Free parking is very convenient. There is a Chinese waiter and it is convenient to stay. There is a microwave refrigerator in the room. Living on the first floor, I still worry about safety, quiet overnight, no mess around. Check in at 10 o'clock in the evening, no one is moving around. Breakfast is simple, but the category is complete, with fruit. It is ok to take away other people who have not finished eating.

There are two family hotels in Long Beach. This one is close to the airport, and there are also homes by the sea. I have stayed at two hotels this time. This is my second home, it feels better than the one by the sea, because the price is cheaper. The room was neat and clean, and the utensils for cooking were very complete. I was particularly surprised that the floor in the bathroom was warm. Could it be that old hotels would also have floor heating? !! Ha ha breakfast for 9:30, there is nothing left, the waiter can't wait to pack home. Go early if you have breakfast.
