호텔인데 커피포트도 없음. 사용하려면 패밀리룸 가아한다고해서 추가금액 지불하고 바꿈 바뀐방 에어컨 안됌. 수리요청 5번했지만 사람 안옴. 다리미 3번이나 요청했지만 안가져다줌 조식은 그저그럼 주변에 숙소가 없어서 그런가 봄 왜 4개인지 이해가 안됌.

I suspect the hotel will be very nice once the building works are complete. No on-site restaurant. No bar. No contents in mini-bar fridge. I don't know why this hotel is 4 stars.

Hôtel magnifique très propre un cadre exceptionnel. Un des meilleurs hôtel de là région .dépaysement total . piscine sympa. Et a 5 mn à pied delà ville. Autoroute a 500 m pour aller à Porto en 30 mn je recommande

El hotel está cerrado, solo se permite alojamiento en las casitas. - El 90 % de los servicios no están disponibles. -Nos dieron la última casita del complejo. - Arañas dentro de las habitaciones y algo sucias. -No dispone de cafetería ni restaurante, para cualquier consumición o te la traes de casa o te vas en coche a 10 min a comprarlo. -Como nos dieron la última casita, como se te olvide algo , estando en la piscina o simplemente ir al baño, más te vale que seas un atleta de fondo o bajaras en coche.

Este hotel aparentemente tiene buena pinta y es apropiado para pasar unos días de relax y paz. En los buenos tiempos debió de ser un hotel excepcional, pero ahora, en estos momentos el servicio y la calidad dejan mucho que desear. Para empezar está bastante abandonado en las zonas comunes, carece de servicio de restaurante (a pesar de que lo anuncian) el servicio de bar es malo y mal atendido, la piscina está descuidada en el entorno, igual que el minigolf. Poco personal para atender todas las instalaciones, imagino que será por la época Covid. Resumiendo, venden unos servicios de los que carecen, y eso es engañar al cliente.
