磨西鎮唯一的五星級酒店，環境優雅舒適，餐廳三層就可以看到雪山，院子很大停車方便，房間乾淨整潔，服務人員熱情友好，送了下午茶又送水果，倍感温暖，下次來海螺溝一定還會選擇這家酒店。

特別好的花園式酒店，工作人員質樸誠懇，尤其是餐廳的服務員，即使震後的淡季衹有兩個房間有客人入住，依舊保持周到的服務水準，感動，磨西鎮要加油啊

這個價格下，設施有點老了。人不多，有點政府招待所的感覺。停車很方便，也安全，離景區不遠不近，景區停車有點貴。

酒店可以把所有早餐都送到房間來，這個服務就非常贊。
唯一需要注意的是獨棟房間的門牌號不好找，建議多放幾個路牌，標明哪幾棟往哪個方向走

雖然沒有温泉，但可以到長征酒店裡的温泉泡，非常舒服，才79元。特別滿意是酒店餐廳，服務非常好，親切，出品也不錯，兩頓晚餐都在這裏吃，特別推薦現送現殺的鯰魚。

惜乎磨西古鎮仍在震後重建中，海螺溝景區閉門謝客，但磨西古鎮仍是國慶長假絕佳的度假目的地。懸崖酒店檔次高服務好，房間設施齊全整潔，酒店內環境優美寧靜，出門就是古街，燒烤牛肉火鍋應有盡有。祝願海螺溝景區和磨西鎮人民早日恢復正常生活！

酒店應該是目前海螺溝最高端的酒店了，因去年地震影響，海螺溝未開放，酒店入住客人稀少，但酒店服務品質仍保持高水準。尤其是酒店餐廳，味道超棒，保持了大酒店的水平。夜晚非常安靜，清晨在酒店裡散步，空氣清新，遠處雪山矗立，近處青山疊嶂，非常美。還可以去遊人稀少的磨西古鎮逛逛，人少更能體會古鎮的美。遺憾的是因地震，酒店温泉關閉，未能體驗懸崖温泉，希望海螺溝早日恢復開放。
