地理位置很好，離景點很近。
房間小設施差就算了，洗手間臟得要命，銹跡斑斑。整個房間發出似臭似黴的味道。
工作人員服務到時挺熱情友好。

挺不錯的一家酒店，周邊環境十分好，都是綠植，前台十分熱情服務很到位，辦理入住的時候挺快的，找不到的地方問小姐姐，小姐姐也特別爽快，交流很熱情，十分不錯的一家酒店，衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全，洛陽這個城市真的很好。

旅遊到洛陽市，網上找到7天連鎖店入住，入住後發現水籠頭水無法關緊，直接影響夜間休息，到半夜樓板上有東西脱落，經過檢查發現是塗料塊脱落，沒有敲在頭上，還有窗户關不緊，小蟲進入，房間實施太差，但房費不減少，就是死要錢，嚴重損壞7天酒店形象。

酒店房間佈局設計很有特色，環境很不錯，裝修風格別緻典雅，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，視野開闊，各方面的細節處理的很到位，服務全程在線很好，住起來很舒服，跟朋友過來玩的很開心，真是妥妥當當

房間的牆很臟，很吵 在前台問了可不可以換房間告知我是特價房然後續住換了一間房結果還是一樣衹是換到了2樓而已，想上廁所的時候才發現馬桶蓋上面有污漬不清楚是水漬還是尿漬 屋裡冷的直接給我凍感冒咳嗽了但是服務還可以 有一個小姐姐還幫我們拿了行李 給小姐姐好評 其他人就算了

我一般不評價，但是這個設施真的太舊了衞生也太差勁了，晚上暖氣也不開，空調開着跟不開沒區別被子薄的跟層紙一樣凍得一晚上睡不着。桌子上連個衞生紙都沒有，真的除了離地鐵站近點我真的不説不來一點優點。真的是最差勁的一次體驗了。真的差勁。
