房間確實很大又乾淨，傢俱、擺設都很有設計感；自助早餐品項種類不是太多，但可以找到喜歡吃的，唯一是咖啡稍微差了一些；入住期間停車場可無限次進出；附近採買、吃不成問題，走路十來分鐘可以到萬達廣場！

1.酒店地理位置很好 2.設施很新，3.前台服務很好，熱情周到，4.早餐很好，炸春捲很好吃，價格也不貴，5.退房時間下午2點，很温馨，6.網速極快，7.大堂有很多書可以借閲。需要努力的地方：1.房間可以放2袋咖啡，2.門前出租車掉頭指示（司機無法進入）。

早餐也很豐盛，中西式都有。
運動（健身）器材很少，空間也不大。
最後吐槽下價格，沒有太多優勢，如果是“亞朵”會員，可能會更便宜。

房間衞生很好，設施比較新，服務人員很熱情，停車場很方便，地下車庫車位充足，而且入住當天登記一次，入住期間就可以隨時出入了，比那種每次出門都得登記一次的方式好很多。位置很好，過馬路就是博物館，距離雨山湖也很近。去採石磯車程15分鐘左右，非常值得一去。附近購物吃飯都很便利，距離金鷹廣場，騳街夜市，萬達廣場也都在一兩公里。

離市政府廣場及博物館很近，新開的酒店，設施比較新，乾淨衞生，門口有停車場，停車方便。
房間乾濕分區，洗手間與淋浴間分開，使用方便，挺好！
住宿在7樓，餐廳及洗衣房均在7樓，房間不隔音，有點吵。

入住有奉茶，白天是紅茶，晚上是蜂蜜水，很貼心，退房還送了暖心水，晚上有深夜粥，服務很細緻很周到，發票會提前開好，節省退房時間，前台小姐姐服務非常好，客房衞生打掃的很乾凈，一樓竹居很乾凈，提供了很好的辦公環境，洗衣房衞生也乾淨整潔
