Room service was prompt and meticulously cleaned daily. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, making it easy to explore the city and shop. The quiet and comfortable environment, with absolutely no noise at night, allowed us to completely relax after a long journey. Five stars for cleanliness, ambiance, and service! As a couple, the warm and comfortable atmosphere made the entire trip even more enjoyable. It's an excellent value and highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Tokyo!"

"Hotel is 5 mins walk from Machida Station east exit (Odakyu line). Rooms is clean though is small size, comes with a small fridge. Hot water is instantaneous and bath tub is deep enough for soaking. Additional toilet amenities are available at lobby. Wifi is good. Lots of eateries and shops nearby. Opposite the hotel a very delicious ramen shop open till late night."

"The hotel is close to a subway station and a bus stop connecting to Haneda and Narita Airports, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the room was quiet at night, with no noise from other guests roaming in the hallway. There are also smoking rooms, vending machines, and microwaves available for guest use."

"The room is nice but there’s some garbage( a can of chi hi)hiding in the corner of my bed(the top part) The room not small at all and the bathroom is clean there’s pj for us and the shampoo smell nice Very good for business hotel. Outside and a 7/11 and a lot of restaurants and there is Karaoke everywhere!! Nice"
