Our place is suitable for corporate groups or large families (up to 30 adults). There are two deluxe apartments on second floor with beautiful mountain view from the balcony, one deluxe apartment on the first floor and another 3-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. All apartments have living room with LED TV, bathrooms with electric geysers, kitchen with basic utensils, and WiFi. Not very far from city, yet in a quiet serene location with lot of greenery around, all this for a very reasonable price.
We (owner family) will be staying in a separate house nearby.
We are always there for any assistance as we live in the vicinity in a separate house. We will assist in all your travel planning needs, food joints, shopping, sightseeing, etc.
Other things to note: We are just 2 km from bus stand, the famous Raja's Seat (tourist attraction), and all major restaurants and shopping areas are within 2 km and easily accessible. Abbey Falls is at a distance of 8 km, and all major destinations are within 45 km radius.Show More

very good 👍 property is good, property location can be found easily. spacious rooms and amenities Also good. don't book ith the lower abd upper floor, I paid extra 1000 rs...to get the upper floor as they asked to provide adjacent rooms though the upper rooms are less spacious than lower but upper has very good view. overall it was good stay. home owner won't provide you towels or any toiletarries, do don't expect carry your own.

It’s the best homestay that one can possibly have. From booking to check out we didn’t have a single problem. Everything promised was delivered. Very responsive owner. If you want to escape the chaos and enjoy peace don’t think twice just go for this homestay, it’s considerably cheaper than many other so called resorts or hotels. There’s no restaurant but the owner will provide you tea upon request obviously paid but for peanuts money. They also have a restaurant within 1km and they’ll deliver you food

Its was very decent, spacious, internet speed was very good, tv was working. The 2 floor is better than the first floor in terms of view.

I found the stay affordable and well maintained. The view through the balcony was amazing. It had swiggy connectivity and the owner was greeted us with warmth. I really enjoyed my experience there
